Ibalik ang buhay sa bawat galaw, at maging isang Binhi ng Lahing Kayumanggi.

Malaya tayong mangarap, magpahayag, at tahakin ang landas na ating pinipili.

Ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, alalahanin natin ang tapang at sakripisyo ng mga bayaning nagbigay-daan sa kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon. Nawa’y patuloy nating pahalagahan ang kanilang ipinaglaban sa pamamagitan ng pagiging makabayan, responsable, at may malasakit sa kapwa.

Sapagkat ang kalayaan ay hindi lamang tungkol sa nakaraanβ€”ito rin ay tungkol sa kung paano natin ginagamit ang ating boses, paniniwala, at mga kilos para sa mas mabuting bukas.

β€œMajestic!”

The agong thundered. The kulintang answered. And dabakan measured every step, a performace long absent from our stage came to life once more.

After years of silence, Lahing Kayumanggi proudly brought Singkil back to the spotlight. An honor made even more meaningful as group opened the 30th SIAPR Biennial Conference and the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Soroptimist International of the Americas Philippines Region last May 22, 2026 at Shangri-la Plaza, Mandaluyong City.

To witness this cherished dance return before such a distinguished gathering was a proud moment for the group.

As the conference unfolded into a successful and memorable gathering, we are grateful to have set the tone for a milestone event.

Some performances end with the final note. This one leaves behind a legacy remembered long after the music fades.
