A Celebration of Culture and Young Talent at the LCUP Field Demonstration 2025
The Basic Education Department gathered today, December 6, 2025, at the Kalinangan Auditorium for a vibrant showcase of Filipino heritage through this yearβs Field Demonstration with the theme βFilipino Folk Songs: Pagpapatuloy ng Musika, Puso, at Kultura ng Pilipino.β
Our Early Childhood Education pupils danced with confidence and grace, bringing to life the colors, rhythms, and stories of our well-loved Filipino folk songs. Their performances reflected not only creativity and teamwork but also a growing appreciation for our culture at a young age.
Congratulations to our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and of course, our talented learners for making this event meaningful and successful. Today reminded us that preserving Filipino music and culture begins with the hearts of our children.

βπΌππ | LCUP Young Learners Shine in ECE Got Talent
To celebrate the end of the school year, Early Childhood Education (ECE) learners took the stage for ECE Got Talent on March 28, 2025, at the St. Augustine Audio-Visual Room, La Consolacion University Philippines Main Campus.
The event, themed "Creating and Sustaining an Augustinian Community of Friends Through Gifts and Grace", was part of the ECE Culminating Activity, bringing together young learners from Nursery 1, Nursery 2, and Kindergarten, along with Nursery 1 students from Klasrum sa Barangay in Sta. Rita de Cascia, Mother Rita Homes.
The event encompassed a variety of talents such as song performances, ballet, group dances, and more, serving as a testament to the students' unique gifts and skills.
"Through this event, we aim to nurture confidence, self-expression, and a strong sense of belonging among our students." Said by Mrs. Aliana Gonzales, Assistant Principal for N-10. "By performing in front of an audience, they develop courage and resilience, learning to overcome shyness and stage fright. At the same time, they experience the joy of sharing their talents with others, fostering a spirit of generosity and appreciation for different gifts."
Moreover, Mrs. Gonzales expressed her appreciation for the unique talents of each child and the confidence they displayed onstage with their families', parents' and fellow students' support.
The event not only celebrated the talents of these young learners, but also strengthened their values of friendship and community within students, teachers, and parents, concluding the talent showcase on a high note.
