📢 UPDATED ELECTION SCHEDULE

The PICE BulSU Student Chapter announces the extension of the Filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for the A.Y. 2026–2027 Elections. Aspiring candidates are given additional time to submit their applications and complete the required documents.

In line with this adjustment, the election schedule has been updated as follows: the Campaign Period, Deliberation of Candidates, and Election Day will be conducted on revised dates to ensure a smooth and well-organized electoral process.

All members are encouraged to take note of the updated timeline and strictly comply with the guidelines that will be released.

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Bulacan State University Student Chapter (PICE-BulSU SC) is filled with immense joy as we celebrate the success of our newly licensed BulSUan Civil Engineers.

The results of the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘) have been released, and our community stands tall. In an examination with a national passing rate of 𝟯𝟱.𝟬𝟱% (6,438 out of 18,370), Bulacan State University - Malolos has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence, achieving a 𝟲𝟮.𝟳𝟭% 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲. Furthermore, our first-time examinees delivered an exceptional performance, securing a 𝟳𝟰.𝟬𝟬% passing percentage.

Following the news of our Top 6 placer, we are beyond proud to officially welcome 𝟯𝟳 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 into the profession.

To our new Licensed Civil Engineers: Your success is the culmination of years of consistent discipline and sacrifice. The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Bulacan State University Student Chapter (PICE-BulSU SC) formally recognizes the exemplary achievement of the Civil Engineering Department in the recently concluded Research Colloquium: Emerging Research on Innovations, Technology, Education, and Sustainability (COE-RITES) 2026.

Held on April 7, 2026, the colloquium served as a competitive platform for the eight engineering departments of the College of Engineering, where our research representatives successfully secured the prestigious 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 award for their study:

Beyond the accolades, their integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology offers a real-world framework for urban mobility in Malolos City.

The chapter extends its commendation to our researchers for their significant contribution to the field and for upholding the department's commitment to excellence.
