More than sharing food, the gathering became an opportunity to reconnect with the stories, traditions, and culinary heritage that continue to shape Bulacan’s identity.
Surrounded by the timeless charm of the ancestral house, participants experienced a glimpse of old Bulacan — where food, history, and community come together in celebration. 💚

🌿 Agta-Bulos Kawayanan: Dumagat Bamboo Forest Initiative 🌿

The Dangal ng Bulacan Foundation, Inc. (DBFI) conducted a meaningful visit to the Dumagat community, highlighted by the distribution of donated canned goods to its Dumagat partners. The activity also served as an opportunity to formally introduce the new DBFI President, Atty. Antonio A. Ligon, to the community.
The visit further proved productive as DBFI President Ligon, together with Trustee Boyet Paguia, engaged in discussions with the Sagip Sierra Madre Environmental Society, Inc., centered on their shared commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
