COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM NO. 2, S. 2026

Today, Psychology Board Member Elleon Joaquin B. Del Carmem, Local Chairperson of the Ethics and Discipline Committee, issued this memorandum for the conduct of the Hatol ni Rajah - Midterm Evaluation of LSC and Classroom Officers of the college.

The evaluation shall be held on October 8, 2026 (Thursday) to October 15, 2026 (Thursday) via Google Forms. All CSSP students are encouraged to answer.

Succeedingly, the committee formally establishes its independent sub-committee which has the sole task to handle the evaluation of officers in the college.

Partial non-observance of the Hatol ni Rajah ordinance establishing the system for evaluation shall also be observed, duly acknowledged and noted by the BulSU SG Ethics and Discipline Committee Chairperson.

Today, Social Work Board Member, Local Chairperson of the Secretariat Committee, issued this memorandum order for the conduct of the First General Assembly of the Committee.

The assembly is hereby scheduled on October 7, 2026 (Wednesday), from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM via Google Meet. All advocate members are mandated to attend.

Today, Social Work Board Member, Local Chairperson of the Committee on Student Groups, issued this memorandum order for the conduct of the Second General Assembly of the Committee.

Higit pa sa mga hangganan ng ating kolehiyo, patuloy na isinusulong ng Community Extension Committee ng CSSP Local Student Council ang makabuluhang paglilingkod, pakikisama, at pagpapatibay ng ugnayan sa iba't ibang komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagkilos, mga programang pangkomunidad, at dedikasyon ng ating mga boluntirs, nagsisilbing daan ang bawat inisyatiba upang maisakatuparan ang mga adhikaing naglalayong makatulong, magbigay pag-asa, at maghatid ng positibong pagbabago sa mga komunidad na ating pinaglilingkuran.

Taos-puso rin ang aming pasasalamat sa lahat ng aming partner organizations, groups, at indibidwal na naging katuwang sa pagsasakatuparan ng ating mga gawain. Ang inyong pakikilahok at paglaban ay mahalagang bahagi ng bawat programang ating naisasakatuparan upang lumaya.

Sa pagpapatuloy ng ating mga programa, nawa'y maging patunay ang bawat gawaing pangkomunidad ng ating sama-samang paninindigan na maglingkod nang may malasakit, magtaguyod ng sama-sama, at makibahagi sa pagbuo ng mas inklusibo at maunlad na pamayanan.

πŸ“’ ANNOUNCEMENT

The CSSP Local Student Council officially issues Executive Order No. 13 and Office Order No. 05, s. 2026, advancing organizational continuity and collective action within the Council.

Executive Order No. 13, s. 2026 formally approves the resignation of former Head of External Affairs and reconstitutes selected positions within the Executive Staff. Sophia Ortis Luis is appointed as the new Head of External Affairs, while Aaron Baun is appointed as Assistant Director for Creatives, with Cyrus Bautista and Alysza Dela Cruz joining the General Staff.

Meanwhile, Office Order No. 05, s. 2026 convenes the 2nd Executive Officers General Assembly on October 4, 2026, focusing on Panday 2026, CSSP Week and CSSP Night, and rCloud. The assembly provides a space for collective deliberation, alignment of responsibilities, and coordination toward the implementation of these key initiatives.

Together, these issuances strengthen the Council’s organizational capacity while creating spaces for its officers to collectively shape, coordinate, and carry forward programs for the CSSP studentry.

Ngayong araw, haharap sa closed-door interview ang ating Lakan at Lakambini ng Karapatan bitbit ang kanilang mga pananaw, adbokasiya, at hangaring maging boses ng mga estudyante.

Ang buong Kolehiyo ng Agham Panlipunan at Pilosopiya ay binibigay ang buong suporta sa ating mga representante.

HIGHLIGHTS | CSSP LLK 2026 Screening

Nasaksihan ang tapang, paninindigan, at malasakit ng ating mga Rajah na handang maging tinig at katuwang sa pagsusulong ng karapatan at kapakanan ng bawat BulSUan. Noong ika-19 ng Setyembre 2026, sa pangunguna ng Students' Rights and Welfare (SRW) Committee, isinagawa ang CSSP LLK 2026 Screening sa APP 214 at 215, Mendoza Hall, Bulacan State University kung saan ipinamalas ng mga kalahok ang kanilang kaalaman, kakayahan, at pagnanais na makapaglingkod sa kanilang kapwa Rajah.

Higit pa sa isang iskrining, naging pagkakataon ito upang makilala ang mga indibidwal na may kakayahang maglingkod, makinig, at tumindig para sa kapwa mag-aaral. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng lumahok, tumulong, at naging bahagi ng makabuluhang hakbang na ito tungo sa isang mas makabuluhan at makataong paglilingkod.

Ang pagiging Lakan at Lakambini ng Karapatan ng Kolehiyo ng Agham Panlipunan at Pilosopiya ay hindi lamang tungkol sa tituloβ€”ito ay tungkol sa adbokasiya at responsibilidad na dapat bitbitin nang may tapang at pananagutan.
