Born in Bulakan, Bulacan, Del Pilar became a prominent voice of the Propaganda Movement, courageously exposing the injustices and abuses committed during Spanish colonial rule.

Through his powerful writings and unwavering dedication to reform, Del Pilar helped awaken the Filipino spirit and inspired his fellow countrymen to stand for freedom, justice, equality, and national dignity. His legacy continues to remind us of the power of courage, truth, and patriotism in shaping a nation.

On 12 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 2026, the activity successfully commenced at 1500, gathering participants in support of disaster preparedness and awareness. At exactly 1530, the official pressing of the button signified the start of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 (𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗗), followed by the nationwide call: "𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆-𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗴-𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸, 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗹 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮.”

The 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝗥𝗥𝗨 was one of the groups that conducted assistance during the event, helping ensure the smooth flow of the activity and promoting safety among the participants. This initiative strengthened awareness and preparedness within the community in responding to possible earthquake situations.
