Must include the specific remarks: "Copy for: Bulacan State University".
Passport Size Pictures: White background with a name tag featuring your name in ALL CAPS.

Pagpupugay sa bawat manggagawang Pilipino na ang pawis at lakas ang nagpapatakbo sa ating bayan. Sa harap ng mga limitasyon ng ating sistema at mga pagsubok sa kabuhayan, ang inyong tatag at dedikasyon ay hindi kailanman matatawaran. Ang inyong hindi matitinag na tapang ang nagsisilbing pundasyon ng lipunan.

Sa bawat umagang kayo'y gumigising para sa trabaho, may kaakibat na sakripisyo. Subalit taas-noo ninyo itong hinaharap, para sa pamilya, para sa pangarap, at para sa bayan.

Tuwing Mayo 1, ginugunita natin ang Labor Day, bilang pagkilala sa pandaigdigang kilusan mula 1903 hanggang ngayon na patuloy lumalaban para sa makatarungang sahod, makataong kondisyon, at dignidad sa paggawa.

Ngayong Mayo Uno, ang pagpupugay ay may kasamang paninindigan. Sa bawat manggagawang patuloy na kumakayod sa gitna ng kahirapan, malinaw ang sigaw: sahod na nakabubuhay, trabahong marangal, lipunang makatao.

Kayo ang ugat ng bayan, kaya hindi tayo titigil hangga’t hindi ito nakakamit.
