𝗣𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜 𝗣𝗢 𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗪𝗔! 𝗧𝗦𝗔𝗞𝗔 𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗚... 𝗦𝗘𝗠 𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚???

So much has happened this semester—or should we say, 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘶'𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘪. It pushed us, pulled us, stretched us, and reshaped us in ways we didn’t see coming. Every day, something new came knocking at the counter: presentations to prepare, deadlines to chase, quizzes to check, demos to deliver, and research to write—each one buying our energy and effort 𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪-𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪, until our shelves felt almost empty.

Yet through every rise and fall, one thing stayed constant: we endured, we grew, we survived. We kept our little store open for our classmates, our groupmates, our students, and even for ourselves, showing up with whatever strength we had left. This semester didn’t just teach us lessons; it transformed us into individuals who carry resilience like a staple item and passion like something you never allow to run out.

Now, after everything we’ve finished, we stand at the counter of our last semester. The final stretch. The last lap. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭. And as we open the windows of our sari-sari stores once more, we stock up on fresh knowledge, rearrange our shelves of priorities, check our inventory of strengths, and prepare our jars of patience and purpose for what’s ahead.

For one last semester: 𝗕𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝟰𝗔 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 '𝟮𝟲, 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜💫, 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙩🌠, 𝙍𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙩🌟.

𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 | 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘-𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦

Last December 4–5, our Ka-SCIENTIAs once again demonstrated that Bulacan State University shapes science educators who are prepared to lead the future of our nation. At the 2𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 held at PNU Manila, they returned with outstanding achievements across multiple categories.

In Microteaching, 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘂𝘇 claimed the gold, showcasing a level of competence and instructional excellence that reflects the heart of a truly future-ready educator. Meanwhile, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮 earned Third Place in the 3-Minute Research Presentation, contributing research that aligns with the evolving landscape of STEM education and the innovations needed in the years ahead.

We also extend our warmest congratulations to fellow STEM pre-service teachers who shared this scholarly journey with us. Likewise, we express our gratitude to the professors and mentors who placed their trust in us—guiding, challenging, and believing in our capacity to make meaningful contributions to the field.

As we continue this path, may we carry forward the spirit of Education Futures: 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱.

𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻, 𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻 (𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱)

Science isn't just about memorizing facts from a textbook; it's about the courage to go beyond what's conventional, redefining the system, and asking those big 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 questions.

Before we actualize our plans and advocacies, let us take a moment to look back on an important milestone, not just of our first semester, but of our entire college journey. Last November 21, our Ka-𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝘀 successfully defended their research proposals for the S.Y. 2025–2026, each group showcasing their competence and passion in improving teaching practices. They demonstrated their commitment to advancing the future of science education with their innovative studies, aimed not only in the classroom setting but also in increasing awareness to socioscientific issues.

Congratulations once again, Ka-𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝘀! And from now, we wish our CPTED Seniors the best in the implementation of their studies!

If life had a notification for every life a teacher has changed, their phones would never stop ringing. Each day, they light the path for others, often without realizing how bright their own light shines.

As we celebrate Teachers' Day, let this serve as that long-overdue notification — a message of gratitude, admiration, and love for those who dedicate their lives to teaching minds and touching hearts.

As they face this milestone, may they walk with courage and confidence. Every challenge overcome has prepared them for this moment, and every step forward is proof of their resilience. The future is theirs to shape, one learner at a time.

There once was a forest of fireflies, each carrying a flicker of light—different in glow, in rhythm, in the dance of their dreams. Some were drawn to color, some to discovery, others to the quiet craft of compassion. And yet, in the vastness of the night, they were gathered by a single, steadfast figure—𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳—whose light did not blind, but 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥.

Under its radiance, the fireflies learned not to hide their glow, but to instead let it grow. In its orbit, they discovered that while the way they shine may not be the same, their radiance is woven from the colors of their differences. Each spark, no matter how small, became part of a constellation shaped by shared trials, laughter, and the steady warmth of the star’s faith in them.

And tonight, they no longer leave as wandering fireflies, but they burn with their own brilliance, ready to touch hearts just as a motherly warmth once reached theirs. Tonight, they leave with the light of a star.
