Please be informed that classes are suspended today, Friday, August 21, 2026, in observance of Ninoy Aquino Day. Per Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, this date is declared a nationwide Special (Non-Working) Day.

This special non-working holiday honors the life, courage, and legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. and remembers his contribution to Philippine democracy.

Accordingly, all classes, academic activities, and related school functions are suspended for the day.

In light of the continuing threat of heavy rains brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the anticipated weather conditions, Centro Escolar University has announced that classes in all campuses will shift to online mode on Wednesday and Thursday, August 19 and 20, 2026.

In accordance with this announcement, our event for 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, with the theme “𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐲” originally scheduled on August 20, 2026, will be 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒂 𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆.
