On October 22, 2021, Ms. Ruth R. Sealmoy, MBA, Mr. Michael Ryan F. Estrella, and Ms. Crystalyn Lumague presented their study, “Save for the Rainy Days: Financial Saving Patterns of Housewives in Bulacan” on the 5th International Business Research Congress with the theme “Business Resiliency and Sustainability Towards Synergized Action in the New Normal” at De La Salle Araneta University.

In-House Review of Completed Researches 2021
On September 29, 2021, the College of Business Administration conducted its third local in-house review of completed researches and proposals via Google Meet.
The event featured the completed researches and proposals of the faculty members of the College of Business Administration, to wit:
1. Corporate Social Responsibility, Intellectual Capital, and Financial Performance: Evidence from
Developed and Developing Asian Economies by Eugene Burgos Mutuc, Ph.D.
2. The Effect of Micro Enterprises on Poverty and Unemployment in the Philippines by Allen Grace M.
Sarmiento, MAE
3. Job Satisfaction and Teaching Performance of Faculty of College of Business Administration by
Helen A. Baesa, MAE.
The research papers were evaluated based on their relevance, contribution to local/regional development goals and efficiency of methodology used. The panel of evaluators consisted of Dr. Richard F. Clemente, Director for Research Management Office, Ms. Carla M. Clemente, Assistant Director for Research Services,
and Prof. Armele Mangaran, Director for Research and Innovation Office.
