PERFOMETER: FIRST SEMESTER A.Y. 2023-2024 📌

As per the order of the COED LSC, the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science 4A conducted a survey through Google Forms. This is done to assess and measure the performance of class officers for the recently finished first semester. Through this survey, officers will be aware of their strengths and lapses as a leader. Suggestions and comments were part of the said survey to give appreciation to each officer, as well as for them to be aware of their classmates' opinions or suggestions.

Based on the Perfometer findings executed last December 22, 2023 for each Executive Officer of BSED 4A for the recently finished First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, Mayora Carol received a weighted average value of 3.98 with a verbal equivalent of OUTSTANDING EFFECTIVENESS, furthermore 100% of the 4A students believed that she should remain as the class mayor of the section for the next semester.

Based on the Perfometer findings executed last December 22, 2023 for each Executive Officer of BSED 4A for the recently finished First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, VM Lenard received a weighted average value of 3.09 with a verbal equivalent of HIGH EFFECTIVENESS, although some of his colleagues believed that VM Lenard should step down as the Vice Mayor of their class there are 70.9% thinks that he should not.

Based on the Perfometer findings executed last December 22, 2023 for each Executive Officer of BSED 4A for the recently finished First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, Sec. Samuel received a weighted average value of 3.78 with a verbal equivalent of OUTSTANDING EFFECTIVENESS, moreover, there are 95.1% of his peers believed that he should be re-elected as the class secretary of their class for the next semester.

Based on the Perfometer findings executed last December 22, 2023 for each Executive Officer of BSED 4A for the recently finished First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, Ma'am Joymee received a weighted average value of 3.80 with a verbal equivalent of OUTSTANDING EFFECTIVENESS, moreover, there are 97.6% of his colleagues who believed that she deserves to be re-elected as the Academic Affairs Officer of their class for the second semester.

Based on the Perfometer findings executed last December 22, 2023 for each Executive Officer of BSED 4A for the recently finished First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, Sir Jenard received a weighted average value of 3.73 with a verbal equivalent of OUTSTANDING EFFECTIVENESS, furthermore, there is 92.7% of the class who believed that he should remain as Ethics and Discipline Officer of the class for the incoming semester.

Based on the Perfometer findings executed last December 22, 2023 for each Executive Officer of BSED 4A for the recently finished First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, Sir Joshua received a weighted average value of 3.75 with a verbal equivalent of OUTSTANDING EFFECTIVENESS, moreover, 95.1% of his peer believed that he deserves to be re-elected as Socio-Cultural Officer of their section for the incoming semester.

An appreciation post for our former auditor was also included. The BSEd 4-A gave their heartfelt gratefulness to Former Auditor Jomari. He is the one who was always helping the officers in terms of the PUBMATS and other editing concerns. His dedication is commendable!

Overall, I as a Class Mayor Carol M. Delos Santos am so grateful for all the efforts and helping hand offered by each officer during the 1st semester. This perfometer will serve as a basis for what needs to improve or lapses and those who are still deserving of their positions. As we step outside the university, may we always remind ourselves that - it is okay to be nervous and have shaky hands, but it is never okay to just stop and give up. Pause if you must. Rest if you must, but always keep going towards the path of excellence. As Ma’am Rowena said, the quality of an education system cannot exceed the quality of its teachers. I believe that you are all ready and equipped with knowledge and skills, my dear BSEd 4-A. 🫶

The pin that we have symbolizes our duty and responsibility for the learning and development of our soon-to-be students. Other than that, I hope this pinning ceremony will all remind us how far we've come so far. How we gave our "blood, sweat, and tears for this" to happen. I may not have seen all of the struggles and challenges we have encountered, but I am really proud that we have surpassed all of them. 🙌🏻
