The Confucius Institute at Bulacan State University (CI-BulSU) continues to strengthen its industry-academia partnerships to bring cutting-edge facilities, clean energy, and high-speed digital connectivity to campus.

In a major step toward sustainable infrastructure, Mr. Wang Zhongkui, CEO of Yanhe Technology Co., Ltd., visited BulSU to inspect the on-site installation of new energy storage demonstration units and hold strategic discussions on co-building a new laboratory. The initiative plans to construct an integrated solar power generation and energy storage display corridor to support the basic power needs of the College of Industrial Technology (CIT) and College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) buildings. To further support the "Chinese + New Energy Application" project, one fast-charging pile and one slow-charging pile is planning to be installed in front of the Hostel Building, creating a practical hands-on environment for training technical talent in the renewable energy sector.

Simultaneously, key network and digital infrastructure inspections were carried out across campus. Managers Wu Hao and Zhang Jingjing from CMIPH conducted a comprehensive network coverage survey to assess existing communication conditions and establish requirements for the Smart Confucius Institute, which will inform a tailored network design for the E-Commerce Training Base. Furthermore, Ms. Jaq from SOMAGO International Holdings Corporation evaluated the internal network and power supply wiring systems in the E-Commerce Training Room. Her technical inspection focuses on optimizing node layouts and power line structures, ensuring a secure and efficient physical setup for practical e-commerce instruction and collaborative school-enterprise activities.
