🚦 TRAFFIC ADVISORY | Capping, Pinning, and Candle Lighting (CPCL) Ceremony

In connection with the Capping, Pinning, and Candle Lighting (CPCL) Ceremony on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the Bulacan State University Office of Safety, Security, and Disaster Risk Management (OSSDRM) advises all attendees, visitors, guardians, to observe the temporary traffic and parking arrangements implemented to ensure the safe, secure, and orderly movement of vehicles and pedestrians during the event.

We encourage everyone to review the advisory, anticipate heavy traffic, and plan their travel accordingly.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us ensure the safe and successful conduct of this important University event.

📢 ADVISORY | BulSU Community

To further strengthen campus safety, security, and order, the University is implementing a policy that Security Personnel shall no longer accept personal documents, parcels, online purchases, food deliveries, cash, valuables, and other personal items on behalf of members of the University community.

✅ Only official University documents, communications, and authorized University packages intended for official University business shall be accepted.

📦 Those who currently have personal documents, parcels, packages, or other personal items left at Gate 1 are advised to claim them within 30 days from the effectivity of this advisory.
