PROJECT SAFE GATE: Secured Access for Everyone Through Active Gate Assessment and Teamwork Enhancement
At Santor Elementary School, the safety and security of every learner, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and school visitor remain our highest priority.
We are proud to introduce PROJECT SAFE GATE (Secured Access for Everyone Through Active Gate Assessment and Teamwork Enhancement)—a school-based innovation designed to strengthen campus safety through a collaborative, proactive, and community-driven approach.
As part of this initiative, the school implements:
Bag inspection and handheld body scanner procedures
Visitor identification and monitoring system
Gate management and security protocols
Active participation of PTA parent volunteers
Barangay Santor traffic management and gate assistance through
our dedicated Barangay Tanods
Leadership and volunteerism of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and the Student Elementary Learner Government (SELG)
PROJECT SAFE GATE promotes a whole-school, whole-community approach, recognizing that creating a safe learning environment is a shared responsibility. By working hand in hand with our parents, barangay officials, learners, and school personnel, we strengthen our commitment to providing a secure, orderly, and child-friendly school where every learner can thrive.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Santor, our PTA Officers and Parent Volunteers, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, the Student Elementary Learner Government (SELG), our dedicated teaching and non-teaching personnel, and all stakeholders whose unwavering support and teamwork made this initiative possible.
Together, we open our school gates with confidence, responsibility, and care—because every learner deserves a safe place to learn.

We would also like to express our sincerest gratitude to Dr. Algie Juridico, Education Program Supervisor in Kindergarten, for choosing Santor Elementary School as one of the beneficiaries of the Teacher Aide Support Program. This initiative is a significant blessing to our school, as it provides valuable assistance to our two Kindergarten teachers in delivering quality early childhood education and ensuring that every young learner receives the care and attention they deserve.
Together, let us continue working hand in hand in providing quality, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences for every child.

Due to continuous rains brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), elevated tide forecast, and as precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners and school personnel, 𝗜𝗻-𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗦, both public and private schools are suspended tomorrow, July 13, 2026.
Schools are instructed to implement learning continuity modalities, which must be monitored by school heads and supervisors. This suspension aims to prevent exposure to potential hazards caused by the prevailing weather conditions.
The public is advised to remain indoors, monitor official weather updates from PAGASA, and stay alert for further announcements from the City Government of Malolos and local school authorities.
Let us all stay vigilant and take the necessary precautions to safeguard lives and property.
Please be guided accordingly.
