𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐈𝐬𝐏𝐀𝐀 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 l 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝐩𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐬𝐏𝐀𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭

BISian athlete 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐞ñ𝐚 has clinched a spectacular double podium finish at the Isabela Provincial Athletic Association (IsPAA) Meet, securing bronze in the Triple Jump Elementary Girls and gold as anchor of the 4×100-meter Relay team.

Dela Peña first claimed the bronze medal in the Elementary Girls’ Triple Jump, displaying precision, power, and consistent form across her series of jumps.

Her best leap secured her a spot on the podium, edging out close competitors in a tightly contested event.

But the highlight of her game came in the 4×100-meter Relay, where she anchored her team to a GOLD MEDAL finish.

Running the final leg with speed and composure, Dela Peña received the baton in a tight race and pulled ahead to cross the line first, sealing the championship with a decisive lead.

Her dual-medal haul underscores her versatility as a top-tier athlete, excelling in both field events and track sprints.

Dela Peña’s standout performance, honed under the mentorship of coach 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐌. 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐨,
has earned her recognition as one of Isabela’s most promising track-and-field talents, with eyes now set on higher-level competition.
