To the children of Sitio Guisok BEAM Primary School, Christmas came early in a very special way. Like a real-life Santa Claus, CSC Provincial Director Richard T. Ortiz, through the CSC Davao del Sur & Davao Occidental Christmas Outreach under the “Give Joy to the World” Project, came not with sleigh bells, but with kindness and a heart ready to help.

Despite muddy roads, heavy rain, and difficult paths, they continued their journey. They crossed rivers and endured a long trip just to reach the sitio and bring happiness to the children.

Director Ortiz was joined by his colleagues from the Civil Service Commission, who shared the same spirit of giving. The outreach brought smiles and hope to everyone.

Through their actions, Director Ortiz and his team showed the true meaning of Christmas, caring for others and giving from the heart. To Sitio Guisok BEAM Primary School, they were more than visitors. Director Richard T. Ortiz will always be remembered as the Santa Claus of Sitio Guisok, whose kindness, along with his colleagues, made this Christmas bright and unforgettable.

Ang Sitio Guisok BEAM Elementary School ay matagumpay na nagdaos ng Culmination Program ng Buwan ng Wika na may temang: “Paglinang sa Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagkakaisa ng Bansa.

Tampok sa programa ang iba’t ibang pagtatanghal ng mga mag-aaral tulad ng sayaw, awitin, at sabayang pagbigkas na nagpakita ng pagmamahal sa sariling wika at kultura. Kinilala rin ang mga nagwagi sa iba’t ibang patimpalak.

Naging makulay at makabuluhan ang pagdiriwang na nagpatibay sa diwa ng pagkakaisa at pagmamalaki sa wikang Filipino.

On July 29, 2025, Sitio Guisok BEAM Elementary School proudly held its Nutrition Month Culmination with the theme “Food and Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!”

The event gathered pupils, teachers, parents, and community members in a meaningful celebration promoting health and nutrition.

One of the highlights of the program was the food display competition participated in by the parents. With creativity and heart, they prepared nutritious and beautifully presented dishes. Our partners from the Philippine National Police (PNP) served as judges, carefully evaluating the food entries based on nutritional value, presentation, and originality.
