TYPHOON TISOY
November 30, 2019 | 8:00 P.M.

Due to the impending threat and critical situation of Typhoon Tisoy as it continuously move closer to the vicinity of the Province of Albay and for public safety, the PDRRMC Albay hereby orders the following:

1. Suspension of classes and school related activities in all levels in the public and private schools on Monday and Tuesday, December 2 & 3, 2019 until lifted.

2. Suspension of work effective 12 noon on Monday, December 2, 2019 and until lifted for government offices except those engaged in health/hospitals disaster risk management and public order; while for banks, private offices and business sectors shall be upon the discretion of their respective management.

3. Avoidance of low-lying areas threatened by flood and flashflood, the mountainous areas and slopes due to landslide and the Mayon river channels for possible lahar.

4. No crossing of swollen rivers and artificial pools of water.

5. For fishermen not to venture out to sea.

6. The City and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils and the Department of Education Division of Albay and the Divisions of the City Schools to be responsible in the monitoring and control of the above for disaster avoidance.
