Labnig National High School joins the nation in celebrating the 23rd Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection Week from September 16–22, 2026.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 588, s. 2004, this annual observance highlights our collective commitment to raising awareness, promoting protection, and fostering an inclusive environment for individuals living with cerebral palsy.

This year's theme, "One Shared Voice, One Collective Choice: Advocacy ➡️ Empowerment," reminds us that true progress happens when we unite our voices to champion inclusivity and empower every member of our community.

The Malinao Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) conducted a misting disinfection activity at Labnig National High School on September 20, as part of intensified efforts to control mosquitoes and help prevent dengue transmission in schools.
The activity forms part of the broader dengue response in Albay following a rise in reported cases, with local authorities strengthening community-based prevention and mosquito-control measures.
The activity also supports efforts to maintain a clean and safe school environment for students and personnel. The school community expresses its appreciation to the Local Government Unit of Malinao for its support and continued efforts toward dengue prevention and school safety.
