We are pleased to announce a significant milestone in our commitment to inclusive and accessible education!

Recently, Malinao National High School (MNHS) and Malinao Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (MTRC) formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). This collaboration aims to provide quality education to learners within the facility through the Alternative Learning System - Senior High School (ALS-SHS) Program.

This initiative aligns with DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2019, which emphasizes the importance of expanding access to senior high school through flexible learning options, especially for marginalized and vulnerable groups, including those in treatment and rehabilitation centers. The partnership ensures that no learner is left behind, fostering inclusive education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Through this collaboration, learners at MTRC will gain access to relevant, flexible, and accessible senior high school education, empowering them to build a brighter future. We are grateful for the support of our local education authorities and partners who make inclusive education a priority.

‎We had the privilege of joining the launching of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) in Barangay Bulang, Malinao, Albay. It was an inspiring moment to witness the commitment of our community and partners in making education accessible to everyone - especially in remote areas.
‎
‎The ALS program plays a vital role in reaching out to our out-of-school youth and adult learners who were unable to complete formal schooling. It provides them with a second chance to learn, grow, and pursue their dream - regardless of their age, background, or location.
‎
‎Education is not a privilege - it is a right. And with ALS, we are bridging gaps, opening doors, and lighting paths for many to achieve their dreams, no matter where they live or what challenges they’ve faced.

Today, as you stand on the threshold of a new chapter, we take a moment to celebrate not just your achievements but the remarkable journey that has brought you to this milestone.
