‎a. Must be enrolled in the current school year taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management carrying the prescribed load by the department in the respective semester.
‎b. Must be a member of Junior Financial Executives
‎c. Must have good moral standing
‎d. Must be academically competent
‎e. Must have a general Weighted Average grade of 2.25 regardless of 2.75, 3.0, 5.0, drop, irregular, INC or withdraw.
‎f. Must have at least 1 year experience of officership in any academic organization. A candidate with an experience in the JFinEx organizational activity or has previously served as an officer of the organization is a plus.
‎g. Must not have been subjected for recall or 3rd offense resulting in a demotion or any disciplinary action.
‎h. Must not have committed any acts such as but not limited to negligence of duty or any acts that resulted in his/her absence in the department.
