2. Each balloon corresponds to a money prize, consequences/dares, or nothing.
3. He/she will stand on the designated line before popping the balloon.
4. After each game, the facilitator will check the note inside of the balloon popped by the player to see if he/she wins a prize or nothing.
5. The player can play again after the 3 chances by paying another Php 10.00 for another 3 tries.

Section 2. Election Process
2.1 The manner of election will be a Face-to-Face voting.
2.2 Precincts will be assigned for the voters.
2.3 The candidates must be voted by the 2/3 of the population of the all the BSEd students.
2.4 Failure to achieve the 2/3 votes will be subjected for appointment through the power and jurisdiction by the current BSEdO President with the approval vested by the Student Affairs Officer. To appoint the executive positions from President down to P.I.O.
2.5 Appointed President shall complete the appointment of the vacant positions.
2.6. The assigned Commission on Election (ComElec) with the assistance of Student Affairs Office will extract and monitor the votes and post them to the SJCC BSEd Department page.
2.7 Interested students must message the BSEdO President to have the Certificate of Candidacy (COC). Submission of COC is strictly available only on the days provided. COC must be submitted at the BSEdO Office to any of the officer-in-charge.
2.8 The candidates must campaign only on the days provided.
2.9. The voting will be opened only during the days given by the Electoral Committees.
2.10 Each party is entitled for two (2) poll watchers per precinct who will monitor the election period until canvassing. Independent candidates do not need a poll watcher, if wished to, only one (1) per precinct.
2.11 In case of a tie, the ComElec shall require the presence of the candidates for a toss coin.
2.12 Representatives per year level must be voted by their fellow year level students and representatives per block shall be appointed by their fellow year level blocks.
2.13 Final results shall be considered irrevocable and non-appealable.

Section 3. Qualifications
3.1 A candidate must be an eligible student of Bachelor of Secondary Education. Officially enrolled within the current semester before the day the election is scheduled.
3.2 Transferees and Irregulars are entitled to serve the organization provided that he has been admitted in the institution twenty (20) days prior the Election Day. A residence of at least 20 days is required. Aspiring First Year Representatives do not need for residency as long as officially enrolled.
3.3 A candidate must attain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or above on his previous semester or academic year attended and must maintain a good academic standing.
3.4 A candidate must have a pleasing personality and a sense of leadership. Issuance of Certificate of Clearance means eligible to file.
3.5 No dual positions. A candidate is not holding more than one (1) position-related to leadership and organization who are voted at large by the students in the upcoming academic year at the institution he seeks to serve.
3.6 No record of termination, impeachment or resignation due to abandonment and negligence of duty in the past term he served.

Section 4. Requirements
4.1 Duly accomplished Certificate of Candidacy (CoC) in four (4) legible copies. (SAO, CSC, BSEdO, candidate)
4.2 Duly accomplished Certificate of Clearance issued by the BSEdO President; Good Moral for the transferees/current first year
4.3 Proof of residency. (Certificate of Enrollment/Photocopy of Whiteform)
4.4 Passport size ID pic (4 copies) printed in soft or hard copy
4.5 Photocopy of recent proof of grades (SF 9/Report Card/Certificate of Grades (CoG)/Evaluation Sheet)
4.6 a copy of Proposed Project/Activity/Advocacy (one project per candidate)
4.7 Endorsement/Recommendation Letter applicable for the positions of President-P.I.O (from Teachers/Student Leaders/Co-officers/Batchmates)
4.8 School ID/Valid ID

Section 5. Guidelines
5.1 A candidate must accomplish all forms and requirements to be submitted to the ComElec on the scheduled dates.
5.2 In case, a candidate has failed to follow/obey the requirements, qualifications, guidelines and rules provided by the ComElec, a disqualification of candidacy will be charged to the candidate.
5.3 In case, a candidate has been declared winner before the accusations has been proven and the said candidate is guilty, the opponent who gathered second to the highest votes will assume the office.
5.4 In case, a candidate has been disqualified during the Screening/Checking of Documents/Interview, a replacement is allowed within 12 hours of disqualification and thus must meet the same requirements.
5.5 Only the poll watcher has the right to raise concerns related to their party, opponent, or the election procedure. The poll watchers are registered to the ComElec, thus, no substitute or proxy is allowed to partake in the duties and obligations. Identification Card will be given to the poll watchers as gate pass to the respective precincts.
5.6 Falsification of information may result in disqualification. Each candidate shall determine that all information regarding his/her qualifications are correct.
5.7 Disqualification cases will be agreed only by the ComElec-in-charge.
5.8 The candidates will cast their votes on the first day and are banned on the next election days. Candidates are not allowed to enter the precincts and its premises within 10 meters.
5.9 Candidates can campaign in any social media platforms but prohibited to enter a classโ€™ group chats or create group chats or room for campaigning purposes.
5.10 Candidates are prohibited for vote buying, giving foods or like in anyway.
5.11 Each party can produce only 2 maximum copies of either tarpaulin or tarpapel as group poster not exceeding to 3 feet by 5 feet (3x5 ft.) as standard size. Independent candidates can make use of short bond paper-sized posters. Tarps and posters will only be posted on the areas prescribed by the ComElec. Pamphlets, flyers and related printed campaign materials is allowed.
5.12 No candidate shall file more than one (1) candidacy within the election timeframe/duration in the institution he seek to serve. If any, a candidate shall choose over the other organization and withdraw before the disqualification case is heard.
5.13 The candidates are hold and restrained from joining other public activities until the election is over.
5.14 Any actions not stated hereon but is election-related can be a call for attention as per agreed and discussed by the ComElec.
5.15 Candidates from President-P.I.O shall presents credentials in or outside the campus.
5.16 Pending claims, complaints and hearing with regards to election procedures and duration is still valid 5 days after the announcement of winners.
5.17 Candidates are prohibited to post at any social media platforms if it is not time for campaign period. Restriction of posting will start on the first day of election time frame.
5.18 COC should be submitted in hard copy to the ComeElec Chairman at BSEDO Office.
5.19 The above guidelines and rules are strictly imposed to follow.

Our warmest congratulation to the BSEdO Public Information Officer (P.I.O.) Ms. Janine P. Barias for being the 3RD PLACER in recently concluded Ten Outstanding Student Teachers (TOST) in Bicol Region last May 19, 2023 at Bicol University College of Education-Daraga, Albay.

Barias represented San Jose Community College (SJCC) and ranked 3 over 22 competing Universities and State Colleges in Bicol Region.

The Pre-service teachers competed first in e-porfolio, then demo teaching and lastly they will be facing the panel for an interview. From 22 they are cut down into 10 finalists.

SJCC is well-known for having a winning streak in this regional competition.

Submit your application with attachments at the OFFICE OF THE REGISTAR not later than May 23, 2023.

1. Fully Accomplished Application Form.
2. Attached necessary documents as proof of membership to school organization.
3. Attached certificates, documentation if any to suffice your application.
4.Arranged accordingly and put it on a long size clear book.
