PCCM proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Women’s Month under the 2023–2028 theme, “WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society,” with this year’s sub-theme, “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”

“WE” stands for Women and Everyone—a powerful reminder that gender equality is a shared responsibility that calls for collective action across institutions, organizations, and communities.

In solidarity with this advocacy, members of the PCCM community are encouraged to wear purple every Wednesday throughout March as a visible symbol of unity and support for women’s empowerment and inclusivity.
