💉 Ligtas ang Bakuna, Mahalaga ang May Bakuna! 💙

San Roque Integrated School was privileged to be part of the School-Based Immunization (SBI) Orientation conducted through the collaborative efforts of the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Education – Schools Division of Malaybalay City.

The orientation provided important information about the upcoming vaccination program for our eligible learners:

🔹 Grade 1 and Grade 7 – Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccines
🔹 Grade 4 Girls – Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine

Aside from the immunization orientation, the health personnel also conducted basic health checks and follow-up with learners, including checking their ears, teeth, and temperature, as well as asking about their vitamin intake and follow-up check-ups. These health-related activities help promote awareness of the learners' overall health and encourage parents and guardians to attend to identified health concerns when necessary.

📅 Vaccination Schedule: October 9, 2026
📍 Venue: San Roque Integrated School

We kindly encourage the parents/guardians of the concerned learners to accomplish and submit the consent form to their respective class advisers on or before October 9, 2026.

📌 Important Reminder: All consent forms must be returned to the class advisers, whether you give consent or do not give consent, for proper compilation, documentation, and reporting purposes.

Our sincere appreciation goes to SDO Nurses Ian and Carol and Midwife Mercy of Barangay Sinanglanan for their valuable guidance, health services, and support in promoting the health and well-being of our learners.

🤝 Through the strong partnership of the Department of Health, Department of Education, school, families, and community health workers, we continue to work together toward a healthier and safer school community.

Teacher, ikaw naman. ❤️

This Teachers’ Day, we celebrate not only the lessons you teach inside the classroom, but also the countless sacrifices you make just to be there.

For every teacher who wakes up before sunrise, travels through long and difficult roads, crosses muddy paths, climbs hills, and journeys to far-flung communities just to reach their learners—saludo kami sa inyo Maam and Sir!

Your classroom may be miles away from the comforts of the city, but your dedication brings education, hope, and inspiration to places where it is needed most.

Behind every lesson prepared, every learner encouraged, and every day you choose to show up is a story of love, courage, and commitment to the teaching profession.

To the teachers who go the extra mile—sometimes literally—thank you. Your efforts may not always be seen, but they leave footprints in the lives of the learners you serve.

Today, we honor you.

Happy Teachers’ Day to every teacher who continues to walk the difficult road because every learner deserves a teacher who will never stop showing up. 🍎📚❤️

🎄✨ Christmas Came Early at San Roque! ❤️

Christmas came a little early at San Roque as Sir Jick Lloyed shared the joy of giving with Jollibee burgers for our learners who achieved perfect scores in their exams! 🎁🍔

More than just a simple reward, this thoughtful gesture reminds our learners that their hard work, perseverance, and dedication are worth celebrating. May this small act of kindness inspire them to keep striving, believing in themselves, and working hard to reach their dreams. 🌟

Just like the Christmas spirit, may we continue to spread hope, kindness, encouragement, and the joy of giving—one achievement and one dream at a time. ❤️🎄✨

🌱 FORGING PARTNERSHIP THROUGH SCHOOL GARDENING 🌱
In support of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program

A healthy school environment grows stronger when the school, community, and stakeholders work hand in hand. 💚

San Roque Integrated School extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) for its meaningful partnership and support, made possible through the active participation of Ma’am Maria Krizelle J. Begbeg, PDO II, DSWD Field Office 10, and City Link for Barangay Sinanglanan.

Through our school gardening initiatives under the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program, we continue to cultivate not only vegetables but also partnership, responsibility, environmental awareness, and a culture of healthy living among our learners and the wider school community. 🌿🥬

This collaboration reminds us that nurturing a healthy and sustainable learning environment is a shared responsibility. When schools and communities come together, we create spaces where our learners can learn, grow, and thrive—both academically and through healthy, sustainable practices. 🌱💚

🤝 Together, let us continue planting the seeds of partnership, nurturing our environment, and growing a healthier future for our learners!

DISTRICT 8, ONE SHARED COMMITMENT TO BETTER TEACHING

LAGUITAS, MALAYBALAY CITY—Teachers from District 8 gathered for a two-day Joint District In-Service Training (INSET) themed “TEACHERSHIP 2.0: Upskilling Teaching Competence Through Competency Walkthrough and Assessment Mapping.”

With the guidance and leadership of Sir Vicente G. San Miguel, Public Schools District Supervisor, the training brought educators beyond the four walls of their classrooms to strengthen teaching competence through meaningful discussions, collaborative activities, competency walkthroughs, and assessment mapping.

The two-day learning experience was marked by meaningful exchanges, engaging activities, laughter, and camaraderie, making the training not only productive but also memorable for the participating educators.

The coming together of teachers from District 8 created a wider learning community where experiences were shared, ideas were exchanged, and professional practices were strengthened.

As the training unfolded, one message became clear: teachers are lifelong learners, and better teaching begins with the willingness to learn, reflect, and grow.

District 8. Two days. One learning community. One shared commitment to elevate the state of teaching.📚✨

Beyond academic instruction, one of the school’s priorities is to provide a safe, conducive, and learner-friendly environment—one that is free from accidents and preventable harm. By ensuring that our learners feel safe and secure, we create an environment where meaningful teaching and learning can take place effectively.

San Roque Integrated School (SRIS) extends its heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Dindo Zoltan Dinlayan, City Councilor of Malaybalay City, for generously extending resources and support through the provision of a lawn mower for our school campus. This valuable assistance will greatly help us maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment for our learners.

We sincerely appreciate your dedication, generosity, and genuine commitment to the welfare and well-being of our learners.

Thank you for being a valuable partner in making SRIS a safer and better place for learning! 💚🏫🌱
