CALLING ALL ACADEMIC MENTORS of the BUKSU Main and Satellite Campus

Bukidnon State University, through the Academic Mentoring Unit (AMU), invites all Faculty of the Main and Satellite Campus to the Cascading of Academic Mentoring Program Procedures and Orientation on Digitalized Forms.

This virtual orientation is designed to strengthen the implementation of the Academic Mentoring Program by ensuring that our mentors and coordinators are aligned on program procedures, workflows, and the use of digitalized forms.

“The Academic Mentoring Unit (AMU), led by Dr. Michelle Pamela G. Ansayam, Head, and Dr. Jahzeel M. Cadilasa, Satellite Campuses Academic Head, with Ms. Xenia Pouline N. Abiero, College of Education Mentoring Coordinator, conducted a comprehensive monitoring of the implementation of the Academic Mentoring Program across satellite campuses. The activity primarily aimed to ensure that mentors and mentees have been properly organized and that appropriate interventions have already been initiated. It also sought to assess the conduct of mentoring sessions, verify compliance with program guidelines, and identify areas for improvement to further strengthen the delivery of academic support services.”

Shaping meaningful mentor–mentee partnerships!

The Hybrid Academic Mentoring Program Orientation brought together mentors and mentees from BukSU Main Campus and Satellite Campuses on January 21, 2026. The discussion centered on mentoring guidelines, processes, procedures, and ground rules, reinforcing that mentoring is a shared responsibility—one that requires commitment, accountability, and collaboration from both mentors and mentees.
