𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 | 𝐁𝐮𝐤𝐒𝐔 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭
Bukidnon State University (BukSU), led by the Office of the Vice President for Culture, Arts, Sports, and Student Services (OVPCASSS), brought creativity to the forefront in its National Arts Month celebration at the Mini Theater on March 18, 2026, Wednesday.
The event showcased a dynamic lineup of student performances including Balak Binisaya, Deklamasyon, dramatic monologues, contemporary duo acts and dynamic duo performances, demonstrating the breadth and depth of talent within the university.
Highlighting the richness of artistic expression at BukSU, the celebration concluded with an awarding ceremony honoring outstanding performers and artists. The recognition underscored the university’s commitment to fostering a culture where creativity and artistic excellence thrive.

Sa ilalim ng inyong patnubay, ang CASDeVU ay higit na umunlad bilang isang espasyong kumikilala at nagpapayabong ng mga talento, nagbibigay-tinig sa bawat mag-aaral, at nagbubukas ng mga oportunidad upang sila’y ganap na umunlad.

On January 28, 1991, former President Corazon C. Aquino issued Presidential Proclamation No. 683, declaring the month of February as National Arts Month (NAM), a celebration that recognizes Philippine arts as an essential pillar of national identity, cultural preservation, and social development. This observance also supports the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in promoting holistic human development through quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive education.

In line with this national celebration, Bukidnon State University, through the Culture, Arts, and Sports Development Unit (CASDevU), proudly celebrates Arts Month 2026 with the theme:
