⏰ Class Schedule (Monday to Friday):
MWF: 9:30 AM – 12:00 NN (2hrs and 30mins)
TTH: 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM (1hr session)

💰 Tuition: Only ₱2,500/month

We are in need of:
1 Full-time Preschool Teacher
Preferably ECE or Generalist
1 Part-time Tutor who is able to teach all elementary subjects

When I first showed this picture during a teacher seminar, I asked a simple question:

And honestly? Those reactions are valid.

That’s the exact lens most of us were trained to view education through:
Control = Effectiveness
Silence = Learning
Uniformity = Order

I used to view classrooms through that same strict lens. Unlearning it isn't easy.

But after years of working with diverse learners, my perspective completely shifted:

You can’t measure real learning by who is sitting quietly at a desk.
A genuinely inclusive classroom isn't built on control—it’s built on intention. It’s about knowing your students, meeting them where they are, and creating a safe space where every child can thrive in their own way.
