π― BIG GOALS START WITH ONE FOCUS. ONE ACTION. ONE HABIT.
This Monday, remember: big goals donβt happen by chance. They are built through small, intentional actions repeated every day. π±
At Marywoods, we believe leadership is not about doing everything at once. Itβs about knowing what matters, taking action, staying accountable, and building the right habits along the way.
One focus. One action. One habit at a time.
Thatβs the Marywoods Way. ππ€π

TATAK MA! MATIBAY @24!
Ang ating Parentsβ General Assembly kahapon ay isa na namang magandang pagkakataon para magsama-sama ang parents, teachers, at students bilang isang Marywoods Family. π€
Hindi lang tayo nag-meeting, we talked about our partnership, looked back at the lessons from our past celebrations, and prepared for the exciting activities ahead. ππ±
At siyempreβ¦ Team Colors are on! ππβ€οΈπ
Kumpleto na ba ang members na maglalaro? π
Nag re-ready na ba for game practice? ππ₯

Not every journey starts perfectly, and that's okay.
Learning takes time. Growth takes effort. And every mistake is an opportunity to learn and improve. That's why at Marywoods Academy, we encourage our students to keep going, even when things become challenging.
As our learners take their online quizzes tomorrow from the comfort of their homes, remember this:
Don't be discouraged if a question is difficult. Stay calm, think carefully, and give your best. Success isn't about getting everything right the first time, it's about showing up, learning from every experience, and never giving up.
That's the Tatak MA way: resilient, responsible, and always willing to grow.
Good luck, Marywoods learners! We believe in you. One question at a time, one step at a time. π±
Even the strongest plans can meet a few bumps along the way.
As a new school year approaches, leaders do not need every detail to unfold perfectly. What matters is staying grounded in the purpose, supporting your people, and continuing forward when adjustments are needed.
Share this with a leader who could use the encouragement.

A big congratulations to all our Nutrition Month winners and participants! ππ₯¦π¨π©βπ³
From putting ideas on paper to preparing food, explaining nutritional choices, working with a team, and standing proudly behind their work, our learners did more than join an activity. They took initiative, practiced responsibility, worked together, and learned by doing.
And that is what we hope to see in every Marywoods learner: not just someone who knows, but someone who can apply, create, contribute, and lead.
To our teachers, thank you for turning the Nutrition Month theme into meaningful learning experiences for our students. And to our parents, thank you for supporting them along the way, from preparing materials and ingredients to making sure our learners came ready to participate and give their best. π
Congratulations to all our winners, and to every learner who showed up, tried, created, and learned. This post may recognize the winners, but the growth belongs to everyone. π±
This is learning the Marywoods Way.
This is Character AND Competence.
This is Tatak MA. ππ

π₯π¨ Learning About Nutrition Beyond the Classroom! ππ±
Our Intermediate learners from Grades 4β6 took Nutrition Month to the next level by turning what they learned into creativity, collaboration, and action!
Through their Nutrition Poster Making activity, our young advocates used art and creativity to communicate important messages about healthy eating, proper nutrition, and food security. π¨π₯¦
They also put their learning into practice through Simple Nutritious Food Preparation, working in teams to create healthy dishes while exploring the nutrients and health benefits of the ingredients they used. π₯ππ₯ Along the way, they practiced not only food preparation but also teamwork, cleanliness, responsibility, creativity, and communication.
What makes this activity meaningful is that our learners were not simply asked to memorize what makes food healthy. They were given the opportunity to think, create, prepare, explain, and work together.
At Marywoods Academy, we believe learning becomes more powerful when students can connect what they learn in Science, EPP, and MAPEH to real-life situations and make meaningful choices for themselves and their community.
A big round of applause to our Grades 4β6 learners for their creativity, teamwork, effort, and enthusiasm! ππ±
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Dave Bariga, Ms. Leilani Amigo, and Mr. Chris Dedicatoria for guiding our learners and helping make these meaningful Nutrition Month activities possible. Your support and intentional efforts help turn lessons into experiences our students can truly learn from. ππ€π

π₯¦π¨ Little Learners, Big Lessons About Healthy Choices! π
Our Grade 1 learners made Nutrition Month meaningful through a day filled with learning, creativity, and active participation!
From sorting food into Go, Grow, and Glow groups to unscrambling nutrition-related words, our young learners had opportunities to move beyond simply listening; they got up, participated, thought through their answers, and applied what they were learning.
And the learning didn't stop at the board! π¨ππ₯ They also expressed their understanding through colorful paintings of healthy foods and proudly shared their artwork with their classmates.
These simple activities help our young learners build more than nutrition knowledge. They develop confidence, communication skills, creativity, and the habit of making healthy choices, one learning experience at a time.
A big thank you to Mr. Lanzaderas for creating this fun and meaningful learning experience for our Grade 1 learners! Your effort in making lessons engaging and purposeful truly helps bring learning to life. π
Nutrition Month is still going strong at Marywoods! π Watch out for more activities from our other grade levels as we continue learning and celebrating healthy choices the Tatak MA way!
