ELIGIBILITY:
• Student applicant must be officially enrolled in Bukidnon State University for the 1st Semester AY 2026 - 2027;
• Student applicant must not be a beneficiary from any NATIONAL government-funded scholarship program and/or cyclical financial assistance programs such as CHED Merit Scholarships Programs, CHED StuFAPs, NCIP, DOST, or ongoing Tertiary Education Subsidy and Tulong Dunong Program grantees.

PRIORITIZATION FOR NEW TES SLOTS UNDER MC NO. 01, SERIES OF 2026, SECTION 3:
The assignment of new Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) slots depends on the availability of funds. Eligible students will be prioritized in the following order:
Priority 1
Students enrolled in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), and eligible Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) whose households are included in the latest DSWD Listahanan.
If the Listahanan database is no longer available, the DSWD 4Ps database will be used instead. Priority will also be given to students who belong to the following groups, based on their household per capita income as determined by the DSWD:
Dependents of solo parents
Members of Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs)
Persons with disabilities (PWDs)
Priority 2
If funds are still available, other enrolled students who are not included in Priority 1 may also be considered. They will be ranked according to their household per capita income, as determined by the appropriate government agencies.
This includes:
A. Dependents of Solo Parents
To qualify under this category, the applicant must:
• Be a dependent of a solo parent as defined under Republic Act No. 11861 (Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act).
• Be 22 years old or below, unmarried, unemployed, and dependent on the solo parent for support; or
• Be over 22 years old but unable to care for themselves due to a physical or mental disability or condition.
• Be an active dependent of a solo parent at the time of application.
• Be officially listed in the DSWD Registry as a dependent of a solo parent.
B. Members of Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs)
To qualify under this category, the applicant must:
• Belong to an Indigenous Cultural Community or Indigenous People (ICC/IP) as recognized under Republic Act No. 8371 (Indigenous Peoples' Rights Act of 1997).
• Be included in the official list of ICC/IP households recognized by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).

Re: SUBMISSION OF LANDBANK ACCOUNT DETAILS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
In reference to CHED Office of the Executive Director Memorandum (MOED) No. 511, s. 2026, entitled “Implementation of Necessary Actions Following the Signing of the MOA between CHED and Land Bank of the Philippines,” all eligible Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees are required to submit their Landbank account details and supporting documents.
This initiative aims to expedite the processing and disbursement of TDP grants administered by CHED and UniFAST.
📌 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All eligible grantees are requested to prepare the following:
1. Landbank ATM Card/Virtual Card, or Deposit Slip
2. Validated University ID
📌 SFGU VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENT PREPARATION

📢 ATTENTION: TES and TDP Grantees
The Scholarships and Financial Grants Unit (SFGU) hereby informs all concerned grantees that updates regarding the release of TES and TDP grants, the status of pending TES and TDP batches, and other important matters are now available through Memorandum No. 07, s.2026.
The memorandum was issued by Dr. Mariza P. Manlagaylay, Director of the Institute of Student Programs and Services (ISPS) and TES-TDP Focal Person, to provide grantees with official information on:
✅ Recently released TES and TDP grants transmitted to the University by CHED-UniFAST;
✅ TES and TDP batches that remain pending and are awaiting funding and payment authorization from the concerned government agencies and;
✅ Important reminders regarding grant processing and disbursement.
All TES and TDP beneficiaries are strongly encouraged to read the attached memorandum in its entirety and take note of the schedules, instructions, and other pertinent announcements.
The University remains committed to keeping all beneficiaries informed and will continue to coordinate closely with UniFAST and CHED Regional Office X regarding the release of pending grants.
