FINAL CALL: LANDBANK ACCOUNT DETAILS SUBMISSION
For Eligible TES and TDP Grantees with Receivables for AY 2025–2026 and AY 2026–2027

In reference to Memorandum from the Director IV No. 189, series of 2026, all eligible Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees with pending financial benefits for AY 2025–2026 and AY 2026–2027, including eligible TES-3B claimants, are hereby reminded to complete their LANDBANK account details submission.

Despite the previous deadline of August 20, 2026, only approximately 80% of the required account details had been submitted as of the prescribed date.

This Google Form is being issued to ensure that every eligible grantee is properly accounted for and that the status of each student's LANDBANK account details submission is documented.

All concerned grantees are required to accomplish this form, whether they have already submitted their LANDBANK account details or have yet to comply. This will enable the Scholarship and Financial Grants Unit (SFGU) to identify grantees who have completed their submission, those with pending submissions, and those who may need further assistance.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• All concerned grantees must accomplish this Google Form on or before September 26, 2026.
• If you have already submitted your LANDBANK account details, kindly indicate your submission status accurately in the form.
• If you have not yet submitted your account details, please indicate your current status and take the necessary steps to complete your submission.
• If you are unable to comply due to legitimate circumstances, please indicate the reason in the form and inform the SFGU promptly.

Please be reminded that failure to submit the required LANDBANK account details within the prescribed period may result in the delay of the release and/or non-processing of your financial benefits.

FINAL CALL: LANDBANK ACCOUNT DETAILS SUBMISSION
All Eligible TES and TDP Grantees with Receivables for AY 2025–2026 and AY 2026–2027

The Scholarship and Financial Grants Unit (SFGU) reminds all concerned Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees to complete their pending LANDBANK account details submission.

In reference to Memorandum from the Director IV No. 189, series of 2026, the deadline for submission was August 20, 2026. However, only approximately 80% of the required account details had been submitted as of that date.

To ensure that all eligible grantees with pending financial benefits for AY 2025–2026 and AY 2026–2027 are properly accounted for, this serves as the FINAL CALL to complete your submission. This also applies to eligible TES-3B claimants.

HOW TO OPEN A LANDBANK ACCOUNT--

If you do not yet have a LANDBANK account, you may open one through either of the following options:

1. Straight-Through Account Opening (STAO) via the LANDBANK Mobile Banking Application (MBA)

• LANDBANK PISO Plus (recommended for students) - cardless account, virtual card.
• LANDBANK Visa Debit Card

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Please prepare and submit the following:

Your LANDBANK account details;
- A clear scanned copy or photo of your LANDBANK ATM card, virtual card, or deposit slip; and
- A clear scanned copy or photo of your Student ID or government-issued ID bearing three (3) specimen signatures.
- Before submitting, please double-check that all details are correct and that your documents are complete and readable.

FINAL DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2026

All concerned grantees must complete their submission on or before September 30, 2026.

If you have already submitted your account details, ensure that your submission is complete and that no required documents are missing.

If you have not yet complied, please take the necessary steps immediately. Grantees who are unable to submit due to legitimate circumstances are advised to inform the SFGU promptly and explain the reason for their non-compliance.

Failure to submit the required LANDBANK account details and documents within the prescribed period may result in the delay of the release and/or non-processing of your financial benefits.

ATTENTION: Tulong Dunong Program Batch 25.3 Qualified Applicants

In reference to the UniFAST Memorandum, TDP-08-2026, issued by Atty. Septon A. de la Cruz, CESO III, Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Executive Director, all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with NEW qualified applicants under the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Batch 25.3 for the 1st Semester, AY 2025–2026 are directed to facilitate the submission of documentary requirements for validation purposes.

Accordingly, all qualified Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) applicants listed hereunder are hereby requested to submit the following documentary requirements to the Scholarships and Financial Grants Unit (SFGU) Office:

Documentary Requirements:

• One (1) A4-size colored photocopy of the validated UNIVERSITY ID (front and back) with the student’s signature on the ID
– Affix three (3) fresh signatures below each copy of the ID using a blue ink pen.
– The validation sticker must be for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027 only.
– Submission of tampered or altered IDs is strictly prohibited.
• Original or Certified True Copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR) for the 1st Semester, AY 2025–2026
• Original Copy of the Certificate of Indigency issued by the Punong Barangay
– The certificate must clearly indicate that it is intended exclusively for the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).
• One (1) recent 2x2 picture

• • Students whose names contain clerical errors are hereby advised to secure an Affidavit of One and the Same Person from the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) to facilitate the correction and verification of their records.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
o The list of qualified applicants under the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is officially endorsed by the UniFAST Regional Office X. The Scholarships and Financial Grants Unit (SFGU) has no participation in the selection, identification, or evaluation of applicants.

o Failure to submit the complete documentary requirements within the prescribed deadline may result in the deletion or termination of the grant.
