Bukidnon State University proudly congratulates Ms. Desiree Christine C. Arbutante, a BukSU Faculty Development Program (FDP) scholar, on the successful completion of her Stage 3 PhD Dissertation Oral Defense in Science Education, major in Biology, held on December 17, 2025.
