๐Ÿ“ข ATTENTION: TES, TDP and TDP-SUCs Grantees
The Scholarships and Financial Grants Unit (SFGU) hereby informs all concerned grantees that updates regarding the release of TES and TDP grants, the status of pending TES, TDP, and TDP-SUCs batches, and the schedule of upcoming online meetings and orientations are now available through Memorandum No. 06, s. 2026.
The memorandum was issued by Dr. Mariza P. Manlagaylay, Director of the Institute of Student Programs and Services (ISPS) and TES-TDP Focal Person, to provide grantees with official information on:
โœ… Recently released TES and TDP grants transmitted to the University by CHED-UniFAST;
โœ… TES, TDP, and TDP-SUCs batches that remain pending and are awaiting funding and payment authorization from the concerned government agencies;
โœ… Scheduled online meetings and orientations for concerned grantees; and
โœ… Important reminders and guidelines regarding grant processing and disbursement.
All TES, TDP, and TDP-SUCs beneficiaries are strongly encouraged to read the attached memorandum in its entirety and take note of the schedules, instructions, and other pertinent announcements.
The University remains committed to keeping all beneficiaries informed and will continue to coordinate closely with CHED-UniFAST, CHED Regional Office X, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and other concerned agencies regarding the release of pending grants.

Estimated Incidental Expenses of College Student 29/05/2026

ATTENTION: TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY and TULONG DUNONG PROGRAM Grantees
The Scholarship and Financial Grants Unit would like to announce that the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is requesting student participation in a survey regarding Estimated Incidental Expenses for College Students.
In line with this, we highly encourage all TES and TDP Grantees to participate by filling out the form:

The data gathered will serve as a vital basis for expanding the coverage of educational assistance, including books, transportation, room and board, and other incidental costs.

CHED SCHOLAR GRADUATES TRACER 29/05/2026

ATTENTION: CHED MERIT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM SCHOLARS
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is conducting a Graduate Tracer Survey for former CHED scholars and student financial assistance beneficiaries under Award Years 2019 to 2021.
The survey is intended for graduates from Academic Year 2022โ€“2023 up to Academic Year 2025โ€“2026.
This survey aims to gather information about the employment status, career experiences, and further studies of CHED scholar-graduates. The results will help CHED assess and improve its scholarship and student financial assistance programs to better support future scholars and meet current job market needs.
All qualified graduates are encouraged to participate. Responses will be accepted until July 31, 2026.

Disbursement of your 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026 stipends is scheduled on May 18-19, 2026 at the New Finance Building.
Scholars are required to bring the complete documentary requirements and proceed to the SFGU Office, CAS Building for the evaluation, verification, and validation of submitted documents.
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR DISBURSEMENT
1. ( 1 ) A4 size colored photocopy of your Validated UNIVERSITY ID (front and back sides) with Studentโ€™s Signature on ID.
โ€ข Affix 3 fresh signatures below each copy of your ID using a BLUE ink pen.
โ€ข Submission of a tampered ID is strictly prohibited.
2. Validation sticker must be for 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026
โ€ข Submission of a tampered sticker is strictly prohibited.
3. ( 1 ) A4 size colored photocopy of your Validated Certificate of Registration for 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026.

After cancellation, you may reapply through your admissions account and select other course options based on your percentile rank.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Scholarship Program provides educational assistance to surviving children of deceased firefighters and the qualified dependents of firefighters who have been rendered completely and permanently disabled (TPPD) in the line of duty.
The financial benefit includes coverage of tuition and other authorized school fees.
