To all EPS aspirants, may bagong update ang Korea (HRDK) tungkol sa selection process ng E-9 foreign workers.
Based sa survey results, maraming employers ang nagsabi na nahihirapan ang workers lalo na sa:
✅ speaking Korean
✅ understanding work instructions
✅ understanding safety rules
Because of this, HRDK will implement improvements in the interview evaluation, including:
🔹 higher interview score allocation (more focus on speaking)
🔹 more questions about work tools and job instructions
🔹 deeper safety-related questions (based on KOSHA safety dialogues)
📌 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗼, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁.
