AMNHS teachers recently attended a District GAD training session focused on managing stress and pressure. The Public School District Supervisor Romil T. Jabonero, EdD led the discussion, sharing valuable insights and techniques to help educators cope with the challenges of their profession. The session was informative and engaging, providing teachers with lots of activities and experiences to improve their well-being as a teacher.
