Too many churches protect abusers and abandon victims.
We call it grace. We call it restoration. But when the system rushes to rebuild the one who caused harm and leaves the wounded unseen, it is not redemption. It is betrayal.
You cannot claim to care about healing while centering the one who did the damage.

If sa umpisa palang ng pagkakaibigan nyo at may iba yan sinisiraan... surely they can also do that to you when the time comes. Stop any form of communication immediately.
Instinct. Listen to the small voice inside you, when you are uncomfortable it means its not meant to be in your life. Alisin mo yan sa buhay mo, whether its a situation, a thing or a person. Stop gaslighting yourself.
Toxic. Pag toxic sila run. Stay away. Sabi nila the lowest form of humor is toilet jokes. For me naman the lowest form of clout is toxicity.
Choose Peace. When your own peace becomes your priority, everything follows. Real friendships, bonds and relationships- may it be business, romatic or friendship etc- will develop naturally in an environment you decided to create for yourself.
People take advantage, sometimes its not when you are at your highest but mostly at your lowest point when you are vulnerable. Be careful.
Being respectful and may delicadeza keeps you safe from hurting other people. We are not perfect but sometimes we dont know we offended someone. Now you know.. matatanda na tayo, gamitin na yan.

Dear mga Ka-Teach, 😄
Paano natin sasabihing, "Anak, magsuot ka ng tamang uniform," kung tayo rin ay naka customized "Teacher's Version"? 😂
Mga ka-Teacher, bago tayo mag-expect ng 100% compliance sa mga bata, baka kailangan muna nating i-check kung tayo rin ay naka-prescribed uniform. 😄
Hindi naman kailangan ng "teacher's edition," "limited edition," o "customized version." Ang kailangan lang... yung tamang version. 😅
Bago tayo magsabi ng, "Sumunod kayo," siguraduhin nating hindi tayo ang unang exception. 😄
Practice what we teach. Mas madaling sumunod ang mga bata kapag nakikita nilang tayo rin ang unang sumusunod.
Tayo ang unang ehemplo ng disiplina.
