When tactics come too early, development comes too late.
A 10-year-old doesn’t need a playbook.
He needs to see the game, feel the game, and understand the game.
Drawing actions for kids who are still learning how to:
- read space
- make simple decisions
- play without fear
Tactics doesn’t make them smarter players.
It makes them dependent players.
📌 They wait for instructions.
📌 They freeze when the play breaks down.
📌 They stop trusting their instincts.
Tactics are not the foundation.
They are the final layer.
If we skip steps, we don’t move faster —
we just build players who look organized at 10
and are completely lost at 18.
Teach principles before plays.
Teach thinking before systems.
Teach the game before the tactics.
👉 Short-term control often creates long-term damage.
