โAs A Certified Lash Trainer of Eyelash Trainers Philippines by EYEQ for nearly 5 years , I have participated in competition to challenge myself and have received feedback from more expert in lash . I believed that i would have an opportunity to feel what it is like win a trophy and so far i have won last November 27,2022- 1st place classic lash pro championship and i can tell because of my master Ms.Jess timpano who taught me a lot and continuously., anyway now i want to share the same experience with other lash artist?
It was my first time to join a competition and i can say itโs worth to taking part in lash competition. The thought of lash championships evokes strong emotions in many lash artist on that day which is andyan na ung kaba at takot na kulang nalang maiihi ka sa kaba๐
-(sino ba naman di gusto manalo sa kompetasyon) .despite of the challenges, the satisfaction of winning is worth it.
This live lash competition held in designated place (IIBA) to perform the eyelash extensions application on the spot within the allotted time (Classic set is for 1hr & Volume set is for 3hrs),Time constraints, A place with temperature and humidity challenges, and the judges eyes on you from time to time (andyan na yung pressure kapag sisilip sila sa gnagawa mo,so dapat talaga focus kalang - to not distract you)
I really saw the dedication of everyone and the determination to win the competition to think that it was hard for us since i knew that some of us our firsttime to join a competition.Anyway fast forward.The following day of the competition announcing the winners. And im proud to all my co-participant that they give there best and creativity and myself too that i won unexpectedly ๐
I am glad to be able to participate in the competition for I had learn a lot from the experience.
I was able to improve my skills.
I also learn how to face the challenge bravely and confidently.
I had chance to test myself and learn to work under pressure .
I gained recognition among people from the lash industry and even friendships for life.
I am personally still in touch with other participants of the championships in which I took part before and we support each other on social media.
