Osme Ista is now an Accredited Assessment Center of Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) NCII and we also successfully renew our Assessment Accreditation in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCI and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCII.

For assessment related inquiry and slot reservation you can visit us at Cawayan Bogtong Malasiqui, Pangasinan. We are open from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

Sa mga Welders po jan na nag hahanap ng ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE for SMAW NCI, SMAW NCII and GTAW NCII ito ay para sa inyo.

📌 Take Note: Hindi po ito libre, may bayad po ito.

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
1. Original copy and a photocopy of Certificate of Employment (COE) as WELDER (position must be specified) at least one year; or Training Certificate as Welder
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Government Issued ID
3. 2 pcs passport size picture; white background and with collar attire.
4. Payment as specified

✓Kailangan po personally magpunta sa school for interview to be qualified, on or before deadline of reservations.
✓MUST be PRESENT on the assessment schedule.
