Reminder to all Freshmen and Transferee Students 1st Semester A.Y. 2026-2027 from the Admissions Office.

To all Freshmen and Transferee Students 1st Semester A.Y. 2026-2027.

1. Visit the Admissions Office to secure the Perpetualite Kit Slip.
2. Proceed to the Cashier and pay the amount of ₱255.00.
3. Claim the Perpetualite Kit at the Supply Center.
4. Photocopy the required documents (2 copies each).
5. Submit the original documents to the Registrar’s Office.
Submit the photocopied documents to the SPS (Admission) and your Department Office.

Note: All officially enrolled students are required
to purchase the Perpetualite Kit.

3 Long Folders with University Logo

“WHAT’S APP, REGION 1: MOBILE OUTREACH PROGRAM AND ORIENTATION ON EXAMINATION APPLICATION PROCEDURES”

In celebration of the 53rd Founding Anniversary of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the 2026 Regulation Week, the PRC Regional Office I announces the conduct of “WHAT’S APP, REGION 1: MOBILE SERVICE AND ORIENTATION ON EXAMINATION APPLICATION PROCEDURES” in Perpetual Help College of Pangasinan, Malasiqui, Pangasinan on June 16, 2026 (Tuesday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This Mobile Service and Orientation aims to streamline the application process for various licensure examinations by bringing the PRC services closer to aspiring professionals across Region I. It also includes the conduct of orientation on examination application to provide comprehensive information and guidance on the procedures, policies, requirements, programs, and updates related to the application for various licensure examinations.

Aspiring professionals can file their applications for Various Licensure Examinations.
