With the theme “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Pag-asa: Pagkakaisa at Pananagutan para sa Makabuluhang Pagbabago,” Potiocan Elementary School proudly celebrated Filipino Values Month through activities that highlighted the core values we hold dear—pagmamahal sa pamilya, paggalang, bayanihan, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Our learners actively participated in meaningful activities such as poster-making, showcasing their creativity and understanding of what it means to be responsible and united Filipinos.

The celebration reminded us that building a Bagong Pilipinas starts with each one of us—by embracing responsibility, practicing our values, and working hand-in-hand for positive change. With strong values, cooperation, and genuine care, we can all help create a brighter, better future for our nation.

🎒 A Bag of Hope: PagbaBAGo Program Reaches Potiocan Elementary School 🎒

Through the kind recommendation of our dedicated Mayor Alfe Soriano, the Office of the Vice President, under the leadership of Vice President Sara Duterte, brought the PagbaBAGo Program to Potiocan Elementary School, providing 181 learners with brand-new bags and essential school supplies. 🙌

This meaningful initiative aims to support and empower our young learners by promoting the values of education, discipline, and positive change (Pagbabago). Each bag is more than just a school supply—it’s a bag of hope, encouraging our children to dream big and work hard for a better future. ✨📚✏️

We extend our heartfelt thanks to VP Sara Duterte and her team, as well as to Mayor Alfe Soriano, for their unwavering support for our students and their education. Your generosity and commitment truly make a difference. 💙

Potiocan Elementary School proudly launches the ARAL Program (Academic Recovery and Acceleration through Learning) — a school-based intervention designed to strengthen learners' reading skills through focused and engaging learning support.

Today’s kick-off marks the beginning of a meaningful journey toward reading development, with the goal of helping every learner become a confident and independent reader. With the dedication of our committed teachers, we aim to make reading a fun, enjoyable, and enriching experience for all our learners. 💛

During the assembly, we discussed several important topics aimed at supporting our learners' academic growth and well-being, including:

✅ Reducing Absenteeism – Strategies and shared responsibilities to keep our learners in school.
✅ DO No. 9, s. 2005 – Emphasizing the importance of engaged time-on-task and how we can ensure compliance.

Isang matagumpay na Bakuna sa Eskwela para sa ating Potiocan ES Grade 1 learners!

Lubos ang aming pasasalamat sa Malasiqui RHU na walang sawang naglilingkod para sa kalusugan ng ating mga kabataan.

Ang pagbabakuna ay mahalagang hakbang upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan at kalusugan ng ating mga mag-aaral. Maraming salamat din sa mga Barangay Health Workers (BHW), magulang, g**o, at staff na nakiisa sa aktibidad na ito.

Sa ating pagkakaisa, mas mapapalakas natin ang isang ligtas, maayos, at mas inklusibong lugar para sa pagkatuto ng bawat bata. Ang Brigada Eskwela ngayong taon ay nakatuon sa pangunahing layunin ng Department of Education—ang pagbibigay halaga sa literacy.
