The Mathematics Department held its meeting on January 13, 2026 at the Math Faculty Room, presided over by Mr. Raymart T. Viray, Head Teacher III. The session set the stage for an exciting year ahead, covering key agenda items such as the MTAP Math Challenge – Final Round, the School-based Mathematics Festival, and other engaging learning activities designed to inspire students and promote a deeper love for mathematics.

Together, we’re committed to making math fun, meaningful, and empowering for all learners! 💡➗✖️

CELEBRATING MATH EXCELLENCE! 🔢✨

On January 10, 2026, Malasiqui National High School hosted the MTAP Math Challenge – Elimination Rounds at the Gabaldon Building. The event was participated in by learners who completed the 6-Day MTAP Saturday classes, showcasing their skills from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. After the challenge, certificates were awarded to the Top 5 scorers per grade level, recognizing their hard work and dedication. Meanwhile, the Top 3 scorers from each grade level will proudly represent our school in the MTAP Math Challenge – Final Rounds on February 21, 2026, at Lingayen, Pangasinan.

Sa araw na ito 129 taon ang nakararaaan, binitay sa pammagitan ng pagbaril si Jose Rizal sa Bagumbayan (kilala ngayon bilang Liwasang Rizal Luneta). Pinaratangan ng mga Espanyol si Rizal bilang diwa ng Himagsikan laban sa pamahalaang kolonyal.

Bilang pag-alaala sa kaniya at sa mga Pilipinong nagbuwis ng buhay sa landas ng paglaya, itinalaga ni Pangulong Emilio Aguinaldo ang ika-30 ng Disyembre bilang pista opisyal at pambansang araw ng pagluluksa.

Magkakaroon ng pag-aalay ng bulaklak sa puntod ni Rizal sa Pambansang Bantayog ni Jose Rizal, Liwasang Rizal Luneta, Maynila. Magkakaroon din ng lektura at art workshop sa NHCP Museo ni Jose Rizal Fort Santiago (Dambanang Jose Rizal Fort Santiago) sa Intramuros, Maynila.

2025 MTAP SATURDAY PROGRAM WRAPS UP!

After six enriching Saturdays from September to November 2025, the MTAP Saturday Program of Excellence in Mathematics (POEM) officially concluded with a heartwarming ceremony last November 29, 2025. The event opened with inspiring remarks from Mrs. Rhoda D. Castillo, Master Teacher I, followed by an uplifting message from Mr. Ronald C. Celino, Principal IV, reminding everyone of the value of perseverance and passion for learning.

The program highlighted the awarding of certificates to MTAP facilitators and learners, recognizing their dedication throughout the sessions. Special recognition was given to the most active learners, who proudly received medals and school supplies as tokens of appreciation. The event closed with encouraging words from Mr. Argie M. Gutierrez, Math Coordinator, leaving participants motivated to continue their journey of mathematical excellence.

Congratulations to all achievers and thank you to everyone who made this program a success!

Sa pangunguna ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. at sa ilalim ng Bagong Pilipinas, patuloy nating isinusulong ang balanseng buhay at maayos na kalagayan para sa bawat kawani at mag-aaral ng DepEd.

MALASIQUI NHS WINS BIG AT NSM 2025! 🏆

Malasiqui National High School made waves during the Municipal Elimination of the 36th National Statistics Month contests, bringing home multiple awards and proving once again that excellence lives here! 🏅

The said contests were held today, September 30, 2025, at Talospatang National High School, Malasiqui, Pangasinan where first placers in the different contests will represent the municipality in the Division Elimination on October 4, 2025 to be held at Pangasinan NHS.

MTAP POEM Saturday Program Kicks Off!🧮 ✨

Today, September 20, 2025, we proudly launched the 6-Saturday sessions of the MTAP Program of Excellence in Mathematics (POEM) — a special initiative to enhance mathematical skills and critical thinking among junior high school learners. This year’s program brings together bright minds from Malasiqui NHS, Lokeb Norte NHS, and Mabulitec Integrated School.

The Opening Program featured inspiring messages from our dedicated educators. Mr. Raymart T. Viray, Head Teacher III in Mathematics, welcomed everyone with words of encouragement and a strong reminder of the value of commitment in learning. This was followed by an uplifting message from Mr. Ronald C. Celino, our school principal, who motivated learners to aim high and reminded everyone of the value of hard work and determination in achieving excellence.

The program concluded with heartfelt closing remarks from Mr. Argie M. Gutierrez, School Math Coordinator, who expressed gratitude to all participants and make the most of this opportunity.

With passionate MTAP Facilitators and eager learners, we look forward to six Saturdays of learning, growth, and mathematical discovery. Let’s make this journey count!
