As the second week of the Summer Remediation Program comes to a close, our dedicated tutors continued guiding the learners through engaging discussions and meaningful learning activities.

To keep the momentum going, Home Learning Sessions were also provided to support the learners’ Friday learning at home.

Another meaningful day in our Summer Remediation Program as our learners continued to grow in reading and mathematics through engaging activities and guided learning.

We are also grateful for the visit and monitoring of Education Program Supervisor Sir Aurelio Cagang from the Division Office, who provided valuable technical assistance and support to further strengthen the program implementation.

Together, we continue making Wednesdays brighter with learning, guidance, and growth!

DAY 1 ENERGY IS REAL!

The 2026 Summer Remediation Program has officially kicked off today at Lun Padidu Central Elementary School!

Our learners started the day with fun and lively Getting-to-Know-You activities—filled with smiles, laughter, and new friendships in the making! The classroom was buzzing with excitement as everyone shared a little piece of themselves.

To set the stage for meaningful learning, pre-assessments were also conducted to help our teachers better understand each learner’s strengths and areas for growth.

This is just the beginning of a journey towards improved reading and math skills, and we’re off to a GREAT start!

PARENTS’ ORIENTATION SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED!

Lun Padidu Central Elementary School successfully held its Parents’ Orientation for the 2026 Summer Remediation Program, highlighting the ARAL Summer Program and the Summer Academic Remediation Program (SARP).

The orientation aims to provide parents with a clear understanding of the goals, structure, and importance of the summer programs in strengthening learners’ skills in Reading and Mathematics.

It also emphasized the vital role of parents as partners in their children’s learning journey, ensuring guidance, motivation, and consistent support at home.

One of the key highlights of the activity was the Commitment Signing, where parents expressed their full support and dedication to the success of the program.

Summer Remediation Program officially begins tomorrow, May 6, 2026, and will run until June 2, 2026.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all parents and guardians who attended and showed their unwavering support.

Together, let us make this summer a meaningful and productive learning experience for our learners!

📚✨ Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program Begins at Lun Padidu Central ES ✨📚

We are proud to announce the official launch of the “Tara, Basa!” Tutoring Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), happening at Lun Padidu Central Elementary School from May 4 to 29, 2026.

As one of the selected beneficiary schools in the whole Sarangani Province, Lun Padidu Central ES warmly opens its doors to this meaningful initiative aimed at strengthening the reading skills of our incoming Grade 2 learners.

Through this 20-day program, our young learners will receive dedicated support from passionate youth tutors of Mindanao State University, who will guide them in improving their literacy skills. At the same time, parents and guardians play an equally vital role as Youth Development Workers (YDWs), actively assisting in the implementation of the program and fostering a supportive learning environment for every child.

This initiative reflects the power of collaboration between the school, community, and government in nurturing every learner’s potential. Together, we take a step forward in building confident readers and lifelong learners!
