Sa tanang ginikanan sa Brgy Caputian, Malalag, Davao del Sur nga adunay mga anak nga mag KINDER o GRADE ONE sa umaabot nga School Year 2022-2023, adunay pagahimuon nga EARLY REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT sa atong tulunghaan sa Caputian Elementary School nga magsugod karong umaabot nga Marso 25 hangtud Abril 30, 2022.

Pagdala lang og photocopy sa PSA/ BIRTH CERTIFICATE sa inyohang anak nga ipa- enrol. Daghang Salamat.
