The University Research Center successfully conducted a Professorial Lecture on March 6, 2026, bringing together members of the faculty who shared their research and insights on their field of expertise.

- Dr. Chiqui Umali, who presented “Bridging Operational Excellence in Education: Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty, and School Promotion.”
- Dr. Mary Anne Rhoda Pascua, who discussed “The Implications of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Education.”
- Dr. Ryan Romnick Sanchez, who delivered a talk on “Relationship Management in Education: Building Learner and Stakeholder Loyalty.”

The event provided a valuable platform for academic exchange, highlighting research that contributes to cultural sustainability, community development, and holistic well-being.

All accepted abstracts will appear in the Conference Book of Abstracts, to be uploaded to the official DLSAU website. Authors of presented papers will also be invited to submit their full manuscripts for possible publication in Sulo: International Refereed Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences (DLSAU).
