Last November 22, 2025, Sigma Rho Fraternity and Delta Lambda Sigma Sorority proudly served 100 beneficiaries from Catmon, Malabon City during the 8th Medical Mission.

A big thanks to the De La Salle Araneta University Alumni Association and the Lasallian Mission and Formation Office - DLSAU for making this possible.

[REMEMBERING A SIGMA RHOAN: The Life and Legacy of Juan Ponce S. Enrile ‘52]

The Sigma Rho Fraternity mourns the passing of former Senate President Juan Ponce S. Enrile '52, a distinguished statesman, legal luminary, and one of the Fraternity’s most distinguished alumni.

Juan Ponce Enrile ’52 is best remembered for his role in the 1986 People Power Revolution, where he played a pivotal role in gathering Filipinos together for a movement that culminated in a historic peaceful revolution. This, in addition to his tenure as a former Senate President and Senator, marks him as a legend in Philippine politics.

Under his watch as Senate President, key pieces of legislation such as the Anti-Torture Act, Expanded Senior Citizens Act, Anti-Child Po*******hy Act, and many others were passed by the Senate. These, in addition to his service as a congressional Representative and, more recently, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, showcase a life that highlights public service amongst the most difficult of times.

As we mourn the loss of Juan Ponce Enrile ‘52, we also celebrate the life of a true Sigma Rhoan, who with honor and dignity, committed his life to the betterment of his nation and its citizens. After life’s burdens and joys, he leaves behind a legacy that has fundamentally shaped Filipino society through a life well lived with sacrifice, loyalty, obedience, and service.

This simple gesture was our way of expressing heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed professors, teachers, and Education students at De La Salle Araneta University

As this academic year comes to a close, the DLSAU Sigma Rho Fraternity proudly congratulates our brothers Mark Daniel Tolentino and Byron Navarro Mendoza on their graduation. Their perseverance and dedication embody the true spirit of Sigma Rho, and we honor their achievements both as scholars and as brothers.

Our brothers have shown excellence in their academic journey while upholding the values of the fraternity. They stand as examples of loyalty, resilience, and honor, inspiring us to carry on the same tradition.

As they move forward to new opportunities, we celebrate this milestone with them and look forward to the contributions they will continue to make in the years ahead.

The Sigma Rho Fraternity DLSAU took part in the first wave of Oplan Bayanihan on July 28, 2025, held in Barangay Coloong, Valenzuela.

Alongside student organizations and generous donors, we helped distribute relief packs to families and animals in need. More than just donations, we carried with us a shared commitment to compassion, community, and action.

We are deeply grateful to our brothers, sisters, and our fraternity adviser for their generosity and support. Through your contributions, we raised a total of ₱11,863.50.

With these donations, we were able to purchase and distribute:
• 140 packs Lucky Me Mami Beef and Chicken
• 70 cans Mega Corned Sardines with Chili
• 3 sacks Blue Sky Rice
• 70 packs Bear Brand Milk
• 70 sticks Great Taste Coffee Premium
• 70 packs Milo Powder
• 70 bars Shield Soap (Beige & Pink)
• 70 cans Wow Ulam (Adobo, Afritada & Caldereta)
• 120 bottles of Water

Fresh off the exciting CVMAS Week 2025, the Sigma Rho Fraternity and Delta Lambda Sigma Sorority proudly represented at Sportsfest 2025 in De La Salle Araneta University.

From basketball and volleyball to esports (Mobile Legends) and badminton, our brothers and sisters showcased strength, unity, and sportsmanship in every game.

Special congratulations to our Grand Archon Janven Belandres and Hans Soriano for securing 2nd Place in Badminton Doubles, and to GA Janven Belandres for also achieving 3rd Place in Badminton Singles.

Here’s to more memories and the spirit that unites us.
