In line with the upcoming 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, please be guided by the following updated procedures to ensure a smoother, more organized, and efficient process for everyone this coming 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆.

1. The 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘂𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 during enrollment.
2. Students must still 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆, and the 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘂𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 for proper coordination and verification.
3. The 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 at the 𝗖𝗩𝗠𝗔𝗦 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆.
4. Queueing and scheduling 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 regardless of the subjects you intend to enroll.

Coordination between the College Student Council (CSC-CVMAS) and the faculty is also being strengthened to help minimize delays and avoid conflicts during the enrollment process.
