I was supposed to be in Batch Alpha. I’ve already started attending classes. Due to a very hectic schedule at school work and most of the classes were onsight or face to face, I decided to stop. But still, I had the passion of continuing it. I know studying in Bible School will help me strengthen my faith and have a deeper understanding of not just about the “Church” but the very will of God for every believer of Christ. It will also help deepen my knowledge in Christian doctrines. Doctrines that point out to Christ and His words.

Summer of 2025 came, I started attending the Bible School again. I am now in Batch Delta. This time, the classes were online. So with so much eagerness, I faithfully attended the classes. During the Summer classes, I had a deeper understanding of Christian Living. Salvation is a free gift and it is by God’s grace through faith. Other subjects that I enjoyed were the Old and New Testaments. I remembered when I was in Elementary , I studied in a Catholic School, we were told to memorize the books in the Old and New testaments. I also learned that, technically, Bible is not in chronological order. It was based on division according to category. For the Old Testament: Pentateuch, history, law, major and minor prophets, poetry. For the New testaments, it was based on biography or the life and teachings of Jesus, the history, the letters, and the prophecy.

As of now, I already finished my first year and going to 2nd year. Thanking God that He guided me all though out my first year. Praying that God will continue to guide me and provide for the things I needed in this journey. As of now, I am also thinking and praying, if I’m going to pursue Master’s Degree after finishing this journey. This is because, technically, I also wanted to teach in this institution. Glory to God.

I am one of the students of the chosen Bible school, and I can truly say that my journey in CBI has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. Being part of this school did not only help me gain knowledge about the Word of God, but it also strengthened my faith, shaped my character, and deepened my relationship with Him.

I am sincerely thankful to CBI because it became a place where my faith and trust in God continued to grow stronger. Throughout my years of studying, especially during my second year, I experienced many ups and downs that tested me emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. There were times when I felt weak, discouraged, and overwhelmed by the different challenges I faced. I even reached the point where I thought I would not be able to finish the entire school year.

However, in the middle of those struggles, God never left me alone. He used the professors and people in CBI as instruments to encourage, guide, and strengthen me. Their prayers, teachings, understanding, and support became a great help to me during difficult times. Because of them, I found the courage to continue despite my fears and doubts. Through God’s grace and guidance, I was able to finish my studies and overcome the trials that once made me want to give up.

CBI also taught me many valuable lessons about life and faith. My understanding of how to face problems, struggles, and challenges became deeper. I realized that trials are not meant to destroy us, but to make us stronger and bring us closer to God. I see my journey like a growing tree—slowly becoming taller and stronger while its roots continue to grow deeper into the ground. Just as a tree becomes firm enough to withstand strong winds and storms, my faith in God also became stronger through every hardship I experienced.

One of the most important lessons I learned from CBI is to trust God completely rather than depend on the ways of the world or on my own understanding. Sometimes, life can make us feel uncertain and afraid, but God reminded me that true strength comes from having faith in Him. I learned to surrender my worries, fears, and plans to God and to believe that He has a purpose for everything that happens in my life.

Whenever I felt discouraged, I held on to the promise of God in Joshua 1:9:

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

This verse became one of my sources of strength and encouragement throughout my journey in CBI. It reminded me that no matter how difficult life becomes, God is always with me, guiding me, protecting me, and giving me strength to continue.

Today, as I look back on everything I experienced, my heart is filled with gratitude. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to study at CBI, for the people He used to help me, and for all the lessons and experiences that made my faith stronger. All the achievements, success, wisdom, and strength that I have are not because of my own ability, but because of God’s love, mercy, and faithfulness in my life.

Above all, all the glory, honor, and thanksgiving belong only to the living God, who never failed me and who continues to guide me every step of the way.

Attending Chosen Bible Institute was not something I initially saw myself pursuing. However, after attending an international convention last year, I was struck by a message that remained engraved with me: "Therefore, go." This message resonated deeply and I began to realize this was God gently telling me to take this step and continue studying His Word more deeply.

Growing up in a Christian home and church, I've always been surrounded by faith, ministry, and service. As I grew older, I realized that knowing God and truly knowing Him better are two different things. I understood that I needed this training not to become a Pastor but to serve the Lord and His church with a more prepared heart and a deeper understanding

As a church volunteer, I have witnessed the weight and beauty of ministry. Serving sometimes calls for more than just willingness; it also calls for patience, humility, spiritual maturity and a heart grounded in God's Word.

For me, studying at Chosen Bible Institute is a step towards obedience, a means of embracing God's call to develop, become more capable, and provide greater service. Although I may not fully understand God's plans, I firmly believe that this season is part of His plan and I'm grateful that He brought me to this point.

Soli Deo Gloria!

Chosen Bible Institute has helped me a lot in many ways. I actually moved from merely knowing about God to experiencing Him internally, deepening my faith in Him.

Also, as a Pastor, I have been able to share what I have learned. Although from the beginning I was hesitant to enroll because I thought I could not make it, but God made it possible for me. He gave me wisdom and guided me greatly.

From 1st year up to now, I have graduated with my Master's degree again; I have already graduated twice! But still, I made it by God's grace. Thank you, Lord! Apart from You, I cannot do this! Soli Deo Gloria!

At first I really had second thoughts about studying in Bible school. I always told the Lord back then that it wasn't necessary because I was already reading the Bible and I had my prayer time with God. But after several months of always including it in my prayers, God slowly answered me about what I really should do. I also didn't know if I could do it because

I'm already older, my memory is kind of failing too, so I thought studying in Bible school wasn't for me anymore. I was really scared at first. But the Lord reminded me through His Word in Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength".
Out of the salvation I received from Jesus came my eagerness to serve Him with no buts and if's.

God used Chosen Bible Institute to help me in the spiritual aspects of my life. In every book and subject we took, I saw that we have an infinite God. My faith deepened, which resulted in greater trust in God.

Right now, what I learned in Bible school is a big help in serving God through the ministry.
As a Christian and a simple person, Bible school helped me understand God's perspective on everything.

This testimony of mine is still long, hehe. There are still financial aspects that God answered too. So who am I to not obey the God I serve.

To all that God has done for me, He can also do for you and for everyone because He is an Infinite and loving God.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
Shalom! everyone, I am one of the students of Chosen Bible Institute. I am truly thankful and blessed to be part of this school because it helped me grow deeper in my relationship with God and understand His Word more.

Through every lesson and teaching, I learned not only biblical knowledge but also faith, discipline, and how to trust God in every situation. The teachers and mentors became instruments of God to encourage and guide me in my spiritual journey.

There were challenges along the way, but God remained faithful throughout my journey. Through Chosen Bible Institute, mas naging strong po ang faith ko at mas naging clear ang purpose and calling ng Diyos sa buhay ko.

Thank you po sa Chosen Bible Institute for being a blessing to many students like me. Truly, this journey became one of the greatest experiences in my life.
