FOUNDATION WEEK | FIFTH DAY

Day 5 of the 𝟯𝟮𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 brought another exciting and unforgettable experience for the whole community. The day started with the 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙁𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨, where discipline, coordination, and teamwork were clearly shown. It was amazing to witness the effort and preparation of the participants as they performed with confidence and pride.

The celebration continued with the highlight event, 𝘾𝙈𝙐 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨’ 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝙀𝘾𝙇𝙄𝙋𝙎𝙀 𝙓𝙓𝙓𝙄𝙄, where students came together to enjoy a night full of music, performances, and fun. The energy, laughter, and shared moments made the night truly special for everyone who attended. It was a great way to celebrate unity, friendship, and school spirit. FOUNDATION WEEK | FOURTH DAY

Day 4 of the 𝟯𝟮𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 was filled with excitement and meaningful moments for everyone. The day featured the 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 – 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, where teams showed their skills, teamwork, and determination to win. It was inspiring to see the effort and sportsmanship of all the players who gave their best in every game.

The celebration continued with the 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙧. & 𝙈𝙨. 𝘼𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡, where candidates confidently represented their colleges with grace and purpose. It was not only a showcase of beauty, but also of character, intelligence, and leadership. FOUNDATION WEEK | THIRD DAY

The third day of the Foundation Week event began with Family Feud, which encouraged both students and professionals to actively participate and enjoy the activity. This was followed by the CMU Health and Wellness Clinic, where attendees watched an informative seminar and learned valuable knowledge about protecting lives—an experience that was truly helpful for both students and professionals.

In addition, the Extension Service Activities Seminar on BCPC for partner barangays was conducted, allowing students to gain insights into community service and leadership. This helped prepare CMU students to become responsible and active leaders in their communities.

The excitement continued with the Bingo Social, where students eagerly participated for a chance to win special prizes, bringing energy and engagement to the whole community.

The day concluded with Gabi ng Pagkilala: Outstanding CMU Alumni and CMU Hats Off, where employees were recognized through the Exemplar Employee and Longevity Awards—honors they truly deserve for their dedication and service to the CMU community.

Overall, this day reminded everyone that the event is not only for students but also for the employees who work hard behind the scenes—maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety, and making the event successful. It was not just a day of learning, but also a day of appreciation for both students and employees of CMU.

FOUNDATION WEEK | SECOND DAY

The second day focused on creativity, sports, and intellect. It began with slogan making, essay writing, and poster-making contests, where students gave their very best to showcase their talents through writing and artistic expression. Their creativity proved that CMU students truly stand out among others.

This was followed by the intramural basketball and volleyball semi-finals, which filled the grounds with loud cheers and excitement as students watched the intense and thrilling matches. The energy continued with the E-games, showing that the event also embraced technology and modern skills. Students enjoyed watching as players competed with focus and intensity.

Next came the Quiz Bee, where participants demonstrated their knowledge and critical thinking skills, proving that CMU students are not only talented but also highly intelligent.

The day ended with CMU The Voice, where performers captivated the audience with their powerful voices. The performances gave everyone goosebumps, turning the CMU grounds into a concert filled with energy and confidence.

Overall, the event showed that CMU students are not only academically driven but also excel in sports and creativity. It boosted their confidence and proved that CMU-ians are truly among the best.

FOUNDATION WEEK | FIRST DAY

The first day of Foundation Week was a fun and memorable start for everyone. It began with an opening Mass, setting a meaningful and positive tone for the day with God at the center. This was followed by the ribbon-cutting of the Trade Fair, where students and professionals enjoyed a variety of food and crafts. It also became a platform for students to showcase their marketing skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial abilities.

Afterward, the Foundation Day parade took place, featuring a long walk that symbolized the official start of the celebration. Students from different departments proudly participated, representing their courses with energy and unity. This was followed by the presentation of the handsome and beautiful candidates for Mr. and Ms. CMU Ambassador, dressed in their best sports attire that reflected their chosen sports while highlighting their creativity and confidence.

The field demonstration added excitement to the event, as groups of students performed energetic dance routines—from traditional folk dances to modern hip-hop. Their performances amazed the audience, creating a lively atmosphere filled with cheers and applause.

The day concluded with the talent showcase of the Mr. and Ms. Ambassador and Ambassadress candidates. Each performance reflected their confidence, passion, and enjoyment of the experience.

Overall, this day was more than just a typical event for CMU students—it marked the beginning of a week filled with fun, laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories with fellow students.
