Ramadhan | Day 13

The BSSW-1 (Section Ibn Sina) of (MIT) Mindanao Institute of Technology, Inc. successfully conducted their first iftar drive for this year's ramadhan.

They believed that giving iftar during Ramadan is important because it nurtures both their spiritual and personal development. By sharing food with those who are fasting, students strengthen their faith and gain greater awareness of the rewards and blessings associated with generosity in Islam. It also promotes unity and brotherhood within the school community, as students from different backgrounds come together to break their fast.

Participating in or organizing an iftar activity helps develop leadership skills, responsibility, and teamwork, while also cultivating compassion and empathy for others. It allows students to balance their academic responsibilities with meaningful acts of worship, shaping them into more disciplined, caring, and socially responsible individuals.

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tumulong at nagbahagi ng kanilang lakas para maging successful ang activity na ito. Jazakallahu Khayran!

Ramadhan is one of the five pillars of islam and it is a mandatory act of worship for all Muslims around the world. It is a time for prayer, reflection and strengthening one's relationship with Allah swt.

One of the cultures of our institution is the distribution of iftar. Iftar is not just about eating after a long day of fasting. It is a reminder of patience, discipline, and gratitude. From dawn until sunset, we refrain from food and drink to strengthen our faith and develop self-control. And when we finally break our fast, we are reminded of how truly blessed we are.

This year's Ramadhan, we are finally back on track, Alhamdulillah. Our institution will be distributing an iftar to our dearest muslim brothers & sisters. We acknowledged the support of our dearest School President for supporting us with this noble activity.

Ramadhan Mubarak! ✨

SW Department, BATCH RAYA 🩵

As you close this chapter and step into a new beginning, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey—not just as your teacher, but as a witness to your growth, resilience, and brilliance. Each of you brought your own light into our classroom, and in doing so, made it a space of learning, laughter, and discovery.

Thank you for the lessons you unknowingly taught me—for your patience, your curiosity, and your courage to face challenges with determination. Watching you rise above difficulties and strive for your dreams has inspired me more than you can imagine.

You carry not only your achievements, but also the hopes of everyone who believed in you. I am proud of you—not just for graduating, but for who you have become. Wherever life takes you next, may you walk with purpose, humility, and heart.

CONGRATULATIONS FUTURE RSWs 🥳
