This Good Friday, let us not only listen—but reflect, repent, and respond. May His final words echo in our hearts and lead us closer to Him.

𝗚𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗦 l 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲!

Good Friday reminds us of the depth of God’s love, shown through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. In His suffering, we see both the weight of human sin and the power of divine mercy. It is a day to pause, reflect, and recognize the meaning of selfless love and forgiveness. May we carry this reflection in our hearts and strive to live with compassion and gratitude each day.

Ash Wednesday reminds us to pause, reflect, and return our hearts to God. As we receive the ashes, we are humbled by the truth that life is fleeting, yet made meaningful through faith, repentance, and love.

May this sacred day at Greene Academy Incorporated be a time of renewal strengthening our spirit, deepening our prayers, and guiding us to walk closer with Christ throughout this Lenten journey.

The Lenten journey may seem overly familiar. Indeed, we have been here before. There is comfort in the familiar. Many of the rituals and practices of this season are comfortable. They give us a sense of place, like being home again.

This can be a good starting place for the season, an invitation to walk the paths we have walked before. We encourage the community to gather once again. Yet, the Lenten journey and our discipleship path encourage us to grow, to go deeper, to climb higher, to reach further than we may have before.

Lent is a time of introspection, but also a call to action as we seek to be the pilgrim people of God, seeking God’s kingdom and shaping God’s kin-dom in worship and in service. This Lent, we invite you to experience the renewal that comes from God’s never-ending mercy and then to walk with our Lord on a journey to new life. Amen.

His love is pure, selfless, and
unconditionalgreater than any earthly gift or sweet words. He loved me at my lowest, lifted me at my weakest, and continues to guide my heart every single day.

While the world celebrates love with flowers and chocolates, I celebrate the One who gave His life for me. In Jesus, I found a love that never fades, never breaks, and never leaves a forever Valentine written in grace.
