The Local Government Unit of Makilala informs the public that classes in all schools within the municipality will resume tomorrow, June 10, 2026, following the suspension on June 8, 2026 due to the 7.8-magnitude earthquake.

This decision was made after thorough assessments conducted by the MDRRMO and concerned auxiliary agencies, in coordination with the Schools District Supervisors, confirming that it is safe to resume classes.

Parents, teachers, and students are advised to remain vigilant and observe all safety precautions at all times.
