PFC's are the ones who promote personal growth and train young individuals in development of their skills in listening through helping relationships, To give the child the chance to help the school and schoolmates by sharing some of his potentials with them, and developed one’s good human relations. The ff are the objectives of the Peer Facilitator's Club of Notre Dame of Makilala:
1. To assist ne

w students in their overall adjustments to NDMI.
2. To impart effective study skills to fellow students.
3. To influence fellow students towards greater motivation to success.
4. To reach out to less troubled students.
5. To advertise the guidance program to students.
7. To assist the adviser in conducting homeroom activities.
8. To abide by the ethics and standards of peer counselors. A Peer Facilitator is someone who cares about others. Rather than being an “advice-giver” or
“problem solver,” a Peer Facilitator may talk with them and listen to their thoughts and feelings, reinforce good
communication skills, and encourage self-exploration and decision-making. :)
